My dad grew up in Greenville(Paris Mtn) , remember going there as a kid and complaining, it wasn’t a nice place to visit. We moved to Brevard and visit all the time, beautiful town, but a day is enough, just too much. So glad the city and county are looking at being more reasonable. Hendersonville and Brevard need to take heed, careful what you wish for.

hi , just watched this video,, thank you for the honesty. I have already relocated here from florida for a job.. I was very disillusioned regardarding the walkability .. I ride a bike, or walk . The bus service here is very inconsistent . Do you have any information whether greenville will be addressing the need for this to become better and safer.. It will certainly help to have a nicer better community travel to get some of this traffic slowed...

Call it paradise and kiss it good bye one thing too like Sinatra said nobody goes there it’s always to crowded. Let’s just hope the Greenville natives will oversee all their developments and not lose what once they had to outside influences. The charm of a small city is a small city.

Pickens has put a moratorium on all multifamily residences, townhomes, and apartments as well.... mainly due to infrastructure, ie sewer and water.

I believe there's a general development moratorium. So no new development right now.

Glad to hear Pickens is in a conservation mode. Let the developers pay for the infrastructure if they desire any multi family properties. Once sewers are available they will come. 😮

Hey Will, do you have a video talking about the crime in GV, but in more detail? Something like this video for example ruclips.net/video/lQSXE0HdECs/видео.html
I don't live there and I've read online about "bad places" like Berea and Sans Souci, (not saying these places are bad, just what I've read online), but since you're a local and a realtor, maybe you'd like to make a video for those interested in re-locating to GV.
