Help Flaming Gorge by Catching and Keeping a Limit of Lake Trout Pups

The Flaming Gorge fishery is in trouble. There are too many lake trout pups and they are affecting growth rates. This has the potential of ruining the trophy status for big lakers in the Gorge.
In this episode, we catch and keep a limit of laker pups and talk about why all anglers at Flaming Gorge should do the some. We also show off tips and techniques to catch them and why they are good table fare.

Fresh laker pups are delicious charcoal grilled with garlic salt and pepper and some 30 min soaked hickory chip on the coals
