Entertaining presentation. I just bought one last week so it was roomier for my dad. I love it! AWD, sunroof, heated seats, heated steering wheel, power seats, the list goes on. One review said it was boring to drive without much pick up. That's completely false.
They're not really hating on the person (although some are), they're hating on the car because it's not how they remember the original Trailblazer which was great offroad. Kinda how they reacted when Mitsubishi announced the Eclipse Cross in 2018.

I just picked up this Trailblazer RS in red. Got all the packages: sunroof, dual-pane, panaramic; Convenience package; adaptive cruise and soumd package; driver confidence package. Really like this vehicle. I also have the fully loaded 2024 Trax 2RS and love that one as well. The difference, other than appearance, I think, are the Trailblazer is a little smoother ride, larger on the inside, the center console and door arm rests are slighltly softer (but not much), power drivers seat in the RS model, but a negative is that the Trailblazer is louder with road noise than the Trax. Really love both of these, of course I got the AWD version of the Trailblazer.

What’s like the point though of 3 SUVs: Blazer Trailblazer Trax - all look so similar. What purpose do they serve? GM’s product portfolio planning team doesn’t seem to know what they’re doing, it looks like…
Very helpful information Mike! For my next fleet vehicle I have to choose between the Chevrolet Trailbazer and the Subaru Impreza . . . Thinking about giving tbe trailblazer a shot 🤔
I’d say Subaru Impreza. There’s a lot of things that made me think “stay away, stay away”. For example, the center console elbow test. Plastic. PLASTIC. I’m paying close to $29k, but I get a PLASTIC elbow rest!!! GM really needs to up their game. As I said in my other comment, this is just another piece of South Korean GM trash (the Trailblazer is assembled in South Korea).
I think its pretty cool but the engine is WAY to small and probably going to explode after 100k miles or less, also cvt is big oof but besides that its fine
Downsizing is a trend I’d like to see more of in the U.S. Props to Chevy for sticking with the smaller design they started producing a couple years ago!
