Does anyone anywhere have the full version to this episode? Only a 20 minute streaming version is available everywhere. This would have been an interesting episode to see in full bc there were some awesome artists in this one…
Miss the rest. I wait all week for this :/ I enjoyed what we got to see, though. As always, I mildly disagreed when the fabulous more traditional portrait was snubbed at the end. I don’t know why they don’t just declare upfront that traditionalists need not apply.

But now I realize that the PURPOSE & INTENT of this series is to reward the INNOVATION of those that create in a NEW & DIFFERENT way. Inviting artists with traditional styles is to HONOUR their talent and give them exposure.
You may have a point regarding the intent of this series. But at the same time I don't see very much in the way of innovation or anything that is new or different. I feel like I've seen it all before. Not to say I don't appreciate the various artists' work and talent. and I really enjoy watching the process.
@@chickenheart896 Yes, agreed ... it depends on which episode & year. Christian Hook had a unique approach. But there's much more innovation in the Landscape series for sure. And YES, it's very fun and stimulating to watch their creative process!
For those waiting for the full episode, don't wait, just watch. I think there was some sort of mix up or someone lost the footage for the first half of the episode, because this is all that they show for episode 5 on tv and streaming services as of right now. I wish we could see the whole thing but, hey! It's better than nothing, right? Thanks for posting op!
I enjoy the intro first half & love to watch the beginning of their painting process...half the show doesn't capture the entire process each artist struggles with.
Shame we are cheated from enjoying the entire episode. Only the second half of the show is presented here. Hard to appreciate it fully when we don't get to know the background of the artists or posers and how their paintings began...
