I did a one day safari in Tsavo East, got to see Elephants, giraffes, and lions, zebras and wildebeests very close up, highly recommend, fantastic landscape too.
I live in Kenya and this is a solid overview. I do think the Mara National Reserve is getting to the point of being overtouristed to the point where I'd strongly recommend the Conservancies. The new 200 USD/day conservation via the Narok Country Council has implemented doesn't help.
If you have the means to do so, I always recommend visiting and staying in the private conservancies over the National Parks and Reserves. Both are worth experiencing but the conservancies offer more exclusive, special experiences!
Thank you for watching! Visiting the Maasai Mara in August offers a high chance of witnessing the wildebeests migration, for this reason it can be quite busy in this area and is considered high travel season, so rates may be higher

This video makes me want to go to all of them 😂
Thanks for sharing!
Thank you for watching! And yes, Kenya has a wide variety of wildlife parks to consider, a lifetime isn't enough to fully experience them all!
Nicely explained . Would it be a good idea visiting Masai Mara around August mid for wildebeest migration

Hi have a plan to come Kenya this June and Uganda. Ruwanda.Tanzania's which countries is near each other first to go?
All of them boder each other
I’m from kenya 🇰🇪🇰🇪🇰🇪
Im going in aigust and doing a 6 days with samburu, lake naivasha and masai mara, anything i should add on my free days?
Nairobi national park
Are you allowed to fly a drone to take videos and photos
You are not allowed to fly drones freely in 99% of the wildlife parks
Ok I appreciate that information because this is something good to know before traveling and checking out the Masai Mara
Kenya is boring.
I passionately disagree with you
@@Jeff_Hyer I really have to question if anyone who finds Kenya boring is OK.
@@Friends46488 it might not be the destination for everyone, but it’s definitely not boring 😆
@@Jeff_Hyer yep!
You’re boring!!!!
