Bro I tried every thing but the hotkeys are disabled it shows it is enable but not when I press volume down button the volume doest decrease

Try pressing fn +which ever function key, or ctrl + whichever function key. Or look at the use guide for your specific keyboard.

I don't wanna disable every hotkey, I just wanna disable one hotkey.
My game isn't playable since I press the hotkey 10 times per minute in my game and I can't disable only that hotkey
