A lot of people actually wanted Steve, Freddy is more of a meme character because not many people actually want him, the best representation would be a Mii costume maybe with a theme. EDIT: btw I said MORE of a meme character, more people wanted steve, I think it would be nice if freddy were in smash, and as of the recent leak of fortnite coming in smash I'd definitely rather freddy, as a fortnite character is literally a joke and 100x more memey than freddy.

@@JT_Lich Five Nights at Freddy's doesn't really have any blood or gore. Sure there was the body in the first game but that was the first game. Scott didn't know where he would take the series yet. There also isn't no cursing really, and although it has a dark and twisted back story, FNaF is still more kid friendly than other horror games reccomend for smash like Bendy and Doki Doki, which btw I would love to see them get in, but they have even smaller hope because of the blood, gore, and cursing.
@Jon I mean, we already have a lot of very unconventional fighters. Freddy could KINDA work if you are willing to take some liberties and be creative. One of my ideas was either him having a power meter or a scare meter that fills up when he scares his opponents and makes him more aggresive or something.
Trailer starts with intro similar to the K. Rool and Banjo trailers but showing off fighter from different gaming genres fighting one another. After it reaches the 5th slide, static. And then nothingness. A door opens in the distance. Ness and Lucas are shown entering an unknown area, decorated with children's drawing and checkered floor, but tables all flipped over and destroyed. They wander about the premises for a little while until they spot two blood red eyes staring at them. Lucas hides in fear behind Ness, who readies his bat. As they get closer, they see that it's only a R.O.B. They sigh in relief but then hear an ominous laugh behind them. They turn around and spot the animatronic bear staring deeply at them both, twitching and spazzing out. The two backs away a reasonable distance from the robot. Not even a few seconds later, it jumps out at them, letting out an ear piercing shriek, and a splash screen is displayed. *Freddy Brings The Fright!*

Scott's voice: well since the mascot we sent you over there could be faulty sakurai : マスコット？どんなマスコット？(mascot ? what mascot ?) *the power goes out* Scott's voice: oh no, I know that sound, play dead, maybe he won't notice you *change from direct to Luigi going trough the halls* as Luigi goes through the halls towards the fuse box he trips over a plush of our favorite bear scaring himself before seeing what it was, and then continued until he reaches the fuse box and replacing it, *the toreador March begins playing * Luigi turns slowly around only to be greeted by Freddy himself, Luigi quickly runs away back where he came from, dropping his smash invitation in the process Freddy steps on it and turns towards the camera before saying *"I wasn't invited ? well TOO bad"* *shows moveset and alts* in the end Luigi grabs his invitation from the floor, it is now signed *it's me* back in the direct the lights power on and they both yell "thanks Luigi" before talking about what we just saw.

I'd honestly prefer Freddy as a fighter, As unlikely as that happens. He's an icon in the horror franchise. And more kid friendly then some other characters people want in. *COUGH COUGH* pyramid head *COUGH COUGH*
You know, I actually wouldn’t mind Freddy getting into smash, as controversial as that is. I thought about it for a long time, and I realized how big the FNAF franchise is. Plus, the main reason people don’t want him in is because of the horrible fanbase, but I mean, just look at Minecraft or Sonic! Their fanbases started out quite bad ( especially sonic during the early 2000’s ) but just look at them now! They’re a lot better than before! And they’re both in smash! So I think that maybe the same could happen to FNAF if people try and enjoy the games for what they are. And not for their horrible fanbase. I once was a FNAF fan myself, But i kinda got disinterested in the games overtime, but i still know that if Freddy Fazbear gets into smash, as weird as that would be, at the very least. I wouldn’t mind.
If this happens, I want a jumpscare at the end of the trailer. It would be a reference to the FNaF trailers always ending on a scare, but I want to see the people that were hating on Freddy throughout his showcase get scared, and that would be *humiliating* and so funny to see.
Ok here is an idea of what his main moveset could be. So here's an overall mechanic for freddy, the power meter, it starts out at 100% and every time a special attack is used, it takes 5% out of it, when Freddy gets hit, it will restore the power by 5-25% depending on the power of the attack, when or rather IF the power reaches 0%, Freddy is given an attack boost that lasts for the rest of that stock/life, and his specials are changed. Neutral B: Jumpscare/Bite (of 87) Similar to Mewtwo's Down B, It stuns the person it hits for 2 seconds, and deals 35% damage with no knockback, but it has a 3 second cooldown to prevent it from being spammed, The bite still has a 3 second cooldown, and it has a startup animation lasting 1 second, after the animation is done freddy lurches a step forward and bites, if it hits the opponent the bite sound from the fnaf 4 minigame will play and it will do massive damage, similar to ridley's Down B. Side B: Mic Toss/ Triple Mic Toss In a fashion somewhat similar to king K rool's side B, freddy will throw his microphone, it functions sort of like a samus rocket as it travels in a straight line after being fired, and can be pocketed by the villager and reflected by any reflectors, if it hits someone or comes into contact with any surface whatsoever, it will bounce right back, and after the Mic has been Tossed, the side B will turn into a sort of slap or punch which freddy can use to hit the Mic back and forth and keep it going as long as possible, after it has been batted back and forth about 5 times or when it flies without hitting anything for about 3 seconds it will disappear, The Triple Mic Toss is the same except freddy throws 3 mics rather than one, and the slap/punch and throw animations are much quicker. Up B/ Recovery: Endo Chain/ Spirit Jump It is a tether recovery, when used, freddy will launch his endoskeleton arm out of his animatronic shell, and it will be connected through wires running from his arm to his arm... base.. thing, it functions almost exactly like joker's recovery, and will send him up a bit when he does it, like joker's recovery, The spirit jump is much different, when used in the air, freddy will remain frozen in the air "charge up power" for 1 second and when released, swirly air rings will surround him and the ghost children spirits (taking the form of the sprites from the minigames) will fly with him as he ascends upwards, it can also be used to attack, and sort of like the mii gunner recovery, if used directly above a person it will have a meteor effect. Down B: Suit Stuff/ Springlock Failure When used, Freddy will whip out a spare freddy suit and swing it in-front of him, if an opponent is hit, they will be stuffed into the suit and freddy will throw the suit forwards or backwards depending on which direction you pull the stick after the opponent is grabbed, then the suit will break apart leaving sort of visual electricity effects flying from it, and damaging the opponent, sending them flying further, you can think of it as like how bowser jr's mechakoopa makes the enemy go up and then explodes, the springlock failure replaces the spare freddy suit with the springtrap suit, AKA: Springbonnie suit, and when the opponent is caught and stuffed into the suit, the suit will have screws fly from it, dealing minimal damage to the enemy, this lasts for about 1-2 seconds, and then when it's thrown and the suit breaks apart, it leaves a stun effect like corrin's neutral B. Final Smash: Thank You Freddy rushes forward in a straight line, and when it hits someone, this cutscene plays: They appear in an office and then freddy comes into the office but grasping the doorframe as he enters like a demon coming from hell, and then rushes towards the opponent with every other (or most) fnaf animatronic appearing behind him as he rushes towards the opponent to jumpscare them. Down Taunt: Freddy Tips his hat Side Taunt: Freddy laughs like he did in fnaf 1, when this taunt is used it randomly selects one of the 3 laughs that were used there. Up Taunt: Freddy takes out a slice of pizza, throws it away like trash and Chica appears out of nowhere and dives to catch it.

I can imagine the final smash starting with Freddy rushing forward to grab the opponent. Throwing them into a cutscene of a dark office. The lights flicker, the phrase "It's me" flashes until the room goes dark. Panning the camera behind the opponent as the power cuts off. Then, Golden Freddie's head rushes up towards the opponent to give them a jumpscare bite, instantly KO'ing them if they're over a certain percentage. (And if it happens to be the attack that wins Freddy the game, it could go straight to a special victory screen that's just static before cutting to a FNaF 2 game over perspective with the camera looking through the eyes of the Freddy suit)

This is quite interesting. Even I understood where the music came from. I think a costume is an okay decision, but imagine how crazy people would react to that like how they did with the Sans costume.

If Freddy gets in he’s going to be the slowest character by far, and probably one of the heaviest/largest. I imagine his attacks would have significant start up time, but the actual move itself would be blindingly fast (like a jumpscare). His ultimate special would easily be stuffing someone inside a springlock suit, only for it to fail and expand on the wearer.
id say hed have like the properties of a metal character but without the super armor and less amplified i feel like it wouldnt make sense for if the others are alts for foxy to just be trudging along slowly it just doesnt seem right

Thank you for making this remix, it gave me so much adrenaline I was able to push through my own limits when working out, which no other piece of music has done.
After Steve anything is possible. It is now within the realm of credibility that FNaF may get in Smash one way or another, and I'm all in for any music remixes that come with it.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if we got Freddy as a fighter, though it’ll likely be a mii costume. I say this because first of all, Fnaf is on the switch, so that’s already a step up. Second, fnaf security breach is coming out pretty soon so it could be a way to promote the game, and 3rd, fnaf is just a pretty big game in general with a large fanbase. Other than that 3rd reason, I think the other ones are pretty solid reasons for fnaf to get some kind of representation in smash. What do y’all think?
I think the only realistic way FNAF would appear in Smash is by having 8-bit purple guy as an assist trophy, or maybe the springlock suit as a Mii-Fighter outfit
i think freddy deserves to be in smash and apart from steve and sans freddy is the 3rd big indie rep and fnaf came to switch before any other console and with the new fnaf 1-sl collection coming to switch he has a very big chance. are you ready for freddy in smash?
@@Davidejazz-wo4ly Definitely. I mean, we all know Smash will continue after Ultimate. Nintendo is like all companies, they'll never let a cash cow like Smash die, or gracefully send it off into the sunset. whether or not Sakurai is involved, they'll keep doing it. The thing is, though, I have a feeling they'll factory reset Smash Brothers after Ultimate, and we'll end up getting entirely new rosters with possibly the only returning characters being those from 64. It makes sense given how big Ultimate will be by the end, and it'll just be a complete mess if they make a game with Ultimate's whole roster and then some. Starting back with 64's roster being the ones available by default, and all the new characters being ones that have never been in Smash before, and all the assist trophies being a mixture of old assists, and even old characters would be a good change. IT opens the door for new characters to come in while keeping the core of Smash with the original twelve, and just adding all new entries, and representatives. We'll never get a game as ambitious as Ultimate, and if Nintendo ends smash here I'll be genuinely surprised, and impressed, but if they continue it then this is the best choice for them.
How probably the announcement will be: Camera starts with luigi, wielding Poltergust G-00. He is wandering in dark area with his flash light. Suddenly, flashlight dies and luigi panics. Then, eyes appear in the dark with Toreador March. Luigi slowly flashes the fight at the eyes and sees Freddy. Luigi screams and Freddy attacks. *Freddy Fazbear comes out of the darkness*
Moveset: Down special: Changes into chica and if again to Bonnie if again, Freddy. Neutral special: Freddy: throws mic Chica: throws cupcake Bonnie: swings his guitar Side special: Freddy: Charges up punch and then on its limit automatically uses up punch. Similar to Kirby Chica: Bakes a cake for a while then heals Moving will slow down progress alot Bonnie: Charges up guitar Similar to Kirby then attacks whenever you decide so I extended it bc I was tempted, 20 likes and then I might extend even more
Still even though Freddy didn’t get added in Super Smash Bros Ultimate either as a actual fighter or as a skin for the Mii fighters, this is still a cool remix of 240 Bits Per Mile from the Midnight Motorist minigame of Freddy Fazbear’s Pizzeria Simulator/Fnaf 6. And still don’t get of wanting Springtrap to be in Super Smash Bros Ultimate when he still has the corpse and evil spirit of a child murderer inside of him.

Honestly wouldn’t be mad if Freddy made it in. There are no horror reps in Smash. A case could be made for the Metroid series for *sure,* but a true horror rep would be amazing. I’ll take anything.
trailer: Fighting in smash like normal. the stone falls. it falls onto a huge stage. the stone platforms break. the players look around the power outage sound goes off and the lights on the stage go out. a night gaurd hat with blood falls on one of them. it zooms in onto one of the main mascots, not revealing who they are. the stage gets smaller and the players are the size of the mascot. the mascot turns around revealing itself. Freddy in smash wouldn't actually be a bad idea. Freddy being announced would be the first playable Indie character and the first horror character in smash bros, however, he would be pretty hard to put in due o him being well, an animatronic, but he could definitely work as a heavy which would make him the second heavy DLC.
I would imagine freddy as a charecter with properties much like bowser. Standing super armor at low percent, fast multi hit moves with heavy windup, stuff like that. However he would be slower, only slightly faster then inceneroar, with quiet possibly one of the best shields in the game. Definitely a super heavy. Definitely a charecter about controlling ground and pressuring the opponent. Not able to crawl. Honestly his attacks could be literally anything. His skins would definitely be recolors. Normal skin, bonnie skin, golden freddy skin, and foxy skin for his first 4, however for the last 4 I do think he'll be in his nightmare variants, first normal nightmare, then a red nightmare freddy, then he'll be nightmare fredbear, then nightmare. It could be different but honestly with the amounts of freddy variants in fnaf skin possibilities are totally endless. Do I think freddy will realistically get in? MAYBE! Smash is anyones game now. Literally. I dont think he would get in as a costume. The reason sans got in as a costume is simply because he had no real attacks to go off of. Freddy has more then a few, with fnaf world, and him being y'know, a giant animatronic bear. Anyways hyped for the next few smash reveals.
Seems really nice. I understand why you think he'd be slow, though. Y'know. One million pound robot? But in the games, he literally teleports around which people usually associate with fast. And yes, I know, in FNaF 1 there are no vent systems the animatronics crawl through, but in the later games they installed vents where animatronics crawl through them (2, 3, 5, 6).
@@tap7645 Even though the bots seem to teleport, their approach to your office is still slow and steady (Most of the time). A slow, heavy playstyle would suit them.

Honestly, Freddy would be an amazing addition to the roster. There are several other characters that have a good shot at being in but also a low chance, say Geno and Crash, and Waluigi and Shadow. Freddy though, is one of the biggest icons of gaming. He's literally the big man of horror games, and there aren't any characters representing "horror." And yes, there is luigi's mansion, but that's nowhere near as horror inducing as FNAF. Freddy has a great shot at being in. And if he gets in, Mii costume or not, the smash fanbase and Fnaf would grow back the way they were from the beginning.
I honestly think if he get's in the game its going to be as a deluxe mii costume. I can't see him as a fully fledged fighter, but that's just my opinion.

@@JT_Lich Five Nights at Freddy's doesn't really have any blood or gore. Sure there was the body in the first game but that was the first game. Scott didn't know where he would take the series yet. There also isn't no cursing really, and although it has a dark and twisted back story, FNaF is still more kid friendly than other horror games reccomend for smash like Bendy and Doki Doki, which btw I would love to see them get in, but they have even smaller hope because of the blood, gore, and cursing.

One of my ideas was either him having a power meter or a scare meter that fills up when he scares his opponents and makes him more aggresive or something.

Trailer starts with intro similar to the K. Rool and Banjo trailers but showing off fighter from different gaming genres fighting one another. After it reaches the 5th slide, static. And then nothingness.
A door opens in the distance.
Ness and Lucas are shown entering an unknown area, decorated with children's drawing and checkered floor, but tables all flipped over and destroyed.
They wander about the premises for a little while until they spot two blood red eyes staring at them. Lucas hides in fear behind Ness, who readies his bat.
As they get closer, they see that it's only a R.O.B. They sigh in relief but then hear an ominous laugh behind them.
They turn around and spot the animatronic bear staring deeply at them both, twitching and spazzing out. The two backs away a reasonable distance from the robot. Not even a few seconds later, it jumps out at them, letting out an ear piercing shriek, and a splash screen is displayed.
*Freddy Brings The Fright!*

in the end Luigi grabs his invitation from the floor, it is now signed *it's me*
back in the direct the lights power on and they both yell "thanks Luigi" before talking about what we just saw.

You know, I actually wouldn’t mind Freddy getting into smash, as controversial as that is. I thought about it for a long time, and I realized how big the FNAF franchise is. Plus, the main reason people don’t want him in is because of the horrible fanbase, but I mean, just look at Minecraft or Sonic! Their fanbases started out quite bad ( especially sonic during the early 2000’s ) but just look at them now! They’re a lot better than before! And they’re both in smash!
So I think that maybe the same could happen to FNAF if people try and enjoy the games for what they are. And not for their horrible fanbase. I once was a FNAF fan myself, But i kinda got disinterested in the games overtime, but i still know that if Freddy Fazbear gets into smash, as weird as that would be, at the very least. I wouldn’t mind.

Ever since Steve got in, I’ve officially retired the phrase “Even though they’re popular, that doesn’t mean they’ll get into smash.”

Ok here is an idea of what his main moveset could be.
So here's an overall mechanic for freddy, the power meter, it starts out at 100% and every time a special attack is used, it takes 5% out of it, when Freddy gets hit, it will restore the power by 5-25% depending on the power of the attack, when or rather IF the power reaches 0%, Freddy is given an attack boost that lasts for the rest of that stock/life, and his specials are changed.
Neutral B: Jumpscare/Bite (of 87)
Similar to Mewtwo's Down B, It stuns the person it hits for 2 seconds, and deals 35% damage with no knockback, but it has a 3 second cooldown to prevent it from being spammed, The bite still has a 3 second cooldown, and it has a startup animation lasting 1 second, after the animation is done freddy lurches a step forward and bites, if it hits the opponent the bite sound from the fnaf 4 minigame will play and it will do massive damage, similar to ridley's Down B.
Side B: Mic Toss/ Triple Mic Toss
In a fashion somewhat similar to king K rool's side B, freddy will throw his microphone, it functions sort of like a samus rocket as it travels in a straight line after being fired, and can be pocketed by the villager and reflected by any reflectors, if it hits someone or comes into contact with any surface whatsoever, it will bounce right back, and after the Mic has been Tossed, the side B will turn into a sort of slap or punch which freddy can use to hit the Mic back and forth and keep it going as long as possible, after it has been batted back and forth about 5 times or when it flies without hitting anything for about 3 seconds it will disappear, The Triple Mic Toss is the same except freddy throws 3 mics rather than one, and the slap/punch and throw animations are much quicker.
Up B/ Recovery: Endo Chain/ Spirit Jump
It is a tether recovery, when used, freddy will launch his endoskeleton arm out of his animatronic shell, and it will be connected through wires running from his arm to his arm... base.. thing, it functions almost exactly like joker's recovery, and will send him up a bit when he does it, like joker's recovery, The spirit jump is much different, when used in the air, freddy will remain frozen in the air "charge up power" for 1 second and when released, swirly air rings will surround him and the ghost children spirits (taking the form of the sprites from the minigames) will fly with him as he ascends upwards, it can also be used to attack, and sort of like the mii gunner recovery, if used directly above a person it will have a meteor effect.
Down B: Suit Stuff/ Springlock Failure
When used, Freddy will whip out a spare freddy suit and swing it in-front of him, if an opponent is hit, they will be stuffed into the suit and freddy will throw the suit forwards or backwards depending on which direction you pull the stick after the opponent is grabbed, then the suit will break apart leaving sort of visual electricity effects flying from it, and damaging the opponent, sending them flying further, you can think of it as like how bowser jr's mechakoopa makes the enemy go up and then explodes, the springlock failure replaces the spare freddy suit with the springtrap suit, AKA: Springbonnie suit, and when the opponent is caught and stuffed into the suit, the suit will have screws fly from it, dealing minimal damage to the enemy, this lasts for about 1-2 seconds, and then when it's thrown and the suit breaks apart, it leaves a stun effect like corrin's neutral B.
Final Smash: Thank You
Freddy rushes forward in a straight line, and when it hits someone, this cutscene plays:
They appear in an office and then freddy comes into the office but grasping the doorframe as he enters like a demon coming from hell, and then rushes towards the opponent with every other (or most) fnaf animatronic appearing behind him as he rushes towards the opponent to jumpscare them.
Down Taunt: Freddy Tips his hat
Side Taunt: Freddy laughs like he did in fnaf 1, when this taunt is used it randomly selects one of the 3 laughs that were used there.
Up Taunt: Freddy takes out a slice of pizza, throws it away like trash and Chica appears out of nowhere and dives to catch it.

I can imagine the final smash starting with Freddy rushing forward to grab the opponent. Throwing them into a cutscene of a dark office. The lights flicker, the phrase "It's me" flashes until the room goes dark. Panning the camera behind the opponent as the power cuts off. Then, Golden Freddie's head rushes up towards the opponent to give them a jumpscare bite, instantly KO'ing them if they're over a certain percentage. (And if it happens to be the attack that wins Freddy the game, it could go straight to a special victory screen that's just static before cutting to a FNaF 2 game over perspective with the camera looking through the eyes of the Freddy suit)
Mine is Freddy slowly looks at the nearest oponent, And foxy and Bonnie grabs their arms from behind and shove them into Freddys mouth while he bites down on them

I think a costume is an okay decision, but imagine how crazy people would react to that like how they did with the Sans costume.

If Freddy gets in he’s going to be the slowest character by far, and probably one of the heaviest/largest. I imagine his attacks would have significant start up time, but the actual move itself would be blindingly fast (like a jumpscare). His ultimate special would easily be stuffing someone inside a springlock suit, only for it to fail and expand on the wearer.
I don't think THE heaviest, definitely one of the heaviest. I refuse to believe Bowser is lighter than Freddy.

Thank you for making this remix, it gave me so much adrenaline I was able to push through my own limits when working out, which no other piece of music has done.
After Steve anything is possible. It is now within the realm of credibility that FNaF may get in Smash one way or another, and I'm all in for any music remixes that come with it.

I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if we got Freddy as a fighter, though it’ll likely be a mii costume. I say this because first of all, Fnaf is on the switch, so that’s already a step up. Second, fnaf security breach is coming out pretty soon so it could be a way to promote the game, and 3rd, fnaf is just a pretty big game in general with a large fanbase. Other than that 3rd reason, I think the other ones are pretty solid reasons for fnaf to get some kind of representation in smash. What do y’all think?

Definitely. I mean, we all know Smash will continue after Ultimate. Nintendo is like all companies, they'll never let a cash cow like Smash die, or gracefully send it off into the sunset. whether or not Sakurai is involved, they'll keep doing it. The thing is, though, I have a feeling they'll factory reset Smash Brothers after Ultimate, and we'll end up getting entirely new rosters with possibly the only returning characters being those from 64. It makes sense given how big Ultimate will be by the end, and it'll just be a complete mess if they make a game with Ultimate's whole roster and then some.
Starting back with 64's roster being the ones available by default, and all the new characters being ones that have never been in Smash before, and all the assist trophies being a mixture of old assists, and even old characters would be a good change. IT opens the door for new characters to come in while keeping the core of Smash with the original twelve, and just adding all new entries, and representatives. We'll never get a game as ambitious as Ultimate, and if Nintendo ends smash here I'll be genuinely surprised, and impressed, but if they continue it then this is the best choice for them.

Then, eyes appear in the dark with Toreador March. Luigi slowly flashes the fight at the eyes and sees Freddy. Luigi screams and Freddy attacks. *Freddy Fazbear comes out of the darkness*

Down special: Changes into chica and if again to Bonnie if again, Freddy.
Neutral special:
Freddy: throws mic
Chica: throws cupcake
Bonnie: swings his guitar

Freddy: Charges up punch and then on its limit automatically uses up punch. Similar to Kirby

Freddy in smash wouldn't actually be a bad idea. Freddy being announced would be the first playable Indie character and the first horror character in smash bros, however, he would be pretty hard to put in due o him being well, an animatronic, but he could definitely work as a heavy which would make him the second heavy DLC.

I love the addition the bells to give this a more ominous tone while still keeping the intense pace and feel.
I would imagine freddy as a charecter with properties much like bowser. Standing super armor at low percent, fast multi hit moves with heavy windup, stuff like that. However he would be slower, only slightly faster then inceneroar, with quiet possibly one of the best shields in the game. Definitely a super heavy. Definitely a charecter about controlling ground and pressuring the opponent. Not able to crawl. Honestly his attacks could be literally anything.
His skins would definitely be recolors. Normal skin, bonnie skin, golden freddy skin, and foxy skin for his first 4, however for the last 4 I do think he'll be in his nightmare variants, first normal nightmare, then a red nightmare freddy, then he'll be nightmare fredbear, then nightmare. It could be different but honestly with the amounts of freddy variants in fnaf skin possibilities are totally endless. Do I think freddy will realistically get in? MAYBE! Smash is anyones game now. Literally. I dont think he would get in as a costume. The reason sans got in as a costume is simply because he had no real attacks to go off of. Freddy has more then a few, with fnaf world, and him being y'know, a giant animatronic bear. Anyways hyped for the next few smash reveals.
Seems really nice. I understand why you think he'd be slow, though. Y'know. One million pound robot? But in the games, he literally teleports around which people usually associate with fast. And yes, I know, in FNaF 1 there are no vent systems the animatronics crawl through, but in the later games they installed vents where animatronics crawl through them (2, 3, 5, 6).

Honestly, Freddy would be an amazing addition to the roster. There are several other characters that have a good shot at being in but also a low chance, say Geno and Crash, and Waluigi and Shadow.
Freddy though, is one of the biggest icons of gaming. He's literally the big man of horror games, and there aren't any characters representing "horror."
And yes, there is luigi's mansion, but that's nowhere near as horror inducing as FNAF.
Freddy has a great shot at being in. And if he gets in, Mii costume or not, the smash fanbase and Fnaf would grow back the way they were from the beginning.
I honestly think if he get's in the game its going to be as a deluxe mii costume. I can't see him as a fully fledged fighter, but that's just my opinion.
