Exactly, I was thinking the same thing! It doesn’t make sense that Ryan Drummond is Sonic and then Dan Green is Knuckles instead of Micheal McGaharn (from Sonic Adventure) or even Scott Dreier (from Sonic Adventure 2 and Heroes.) I guess because Dan Green is the only one who has a laugh voice clip for Knuckles’s taunt, but it still doesn’t make sense to me. Plus, Dan was Knuckles in SSBB, and he was doing voice acting for 4Kids before Jason Griffith started.
@@TheTrollingPokémon247 I guess I was used to the assist trophy so I defaulted to Knuckles being Travis Willingham. Definitely an odd choice if it wanted to be accurate for this time period. Maybe it was just faster to use the same voicelines that Project M used?
It's a bit odd that they used Dan Green's voice clips instead of Michael McGaharn's (SA1) voice clips. Would've made more sense to have the SA1 voice clips
I love no matter the Smash game that gets mods, that Knuckles always looks fun to play with, the only Smash game he hasn't been modded to is Melee hoping that happens

You know something, you can make classic Knuckles as one of the alternative costumes for Knuckles by pressing C left or C right like Sonic. Same goes with Cowboy Knuckles so you can also make Polygon Knuckles as well.
originally we wanted to do that but copying what Sonic did for the classic alts was too hard to figure out, like it was intertwined with the character select code + special move code + few other things that harder to track down and overall it was too confusing, so we went for dpad variants instead

This gives me alot of hope that even if Smash Remix stops updating, there is a chance someone makes our favorite characters. I really hope Ryu from Breath Of Fire gets in one of those months.
It was kind of strange we saw him skip over Tails and then to Knuckles' silhouette in the Sonic 3 select screen even though that's actually in the game. But I agree, Tails should be here too.
It's only been since December, not even a year. I knew somebody else would pick up where the Smash Remix team left off. Same thing happened for Project M as that was renamed Legacy XP and then Ex Remix after the C&D messages. These mods will never die.
It’s cool that we got Knuckles in Smash 64 as he deserves, but minor complaint: Why did they use Dan Green’s Knuckles voice in this? Why didn’t they use Scott Dreier’s Knuckles voice or even Micheal McGaharn’s Knuckles voice? They were voicing Knuckles during the Dreamcast Era, if Ryan Drummond was Sonic when why isn’t Scott Dreier or Micheal McGaharn Knuckles? Doesn’t make a lot of sense to me. Other than that this is still really cool.
Love P+, this looks broken and fun. I hate that they never use SA1 , SA2 or Heroes voice clips in these mods tho, those voices are far better imo (except for Tails).

the crashes still happen but are much rarer now, 1v1's should work completely fine but for ffa/teams with 3 or more players the general rule is: use the same dpad variant for every knuckles in the match

the crashes still happen but are much rarer now, 1v1's should work completely fine but for ffa/teams with 3 or more players the general rule is: use the same dpad variant for every knuckles in the match
