    Have fun in roundabouts when you make it to Europe (or Norway even) when you're supposed to indicate. I think if you'll place an R and L letter inside the steering wheel.. there's no time to fumble when watching out for other traffic.

    There are questions about a front bumper camera on M3 Highland as the demo Highland vehicles reviewed and driven by European motoring journalists didn't have one.
    Also, there are concerns about the blinkers being a button on the steering wheel and not a stalk, as in markets outside the US, there are a lot more roundabouts. How do you turn on a blinker to exit a roundabout (which is a legal requirement) with the spokes of the steering wheel not in the normal horizontal position when turning???? Big problem!!

    • @TeslaInventory
      @TeslaInventory  Год назад

      I've been driving S/X with a yoke exclusively for the past few years with plenty of roundabouts. No issues using a blinker.

    So far, putting in an order to replace my beloved 2018 FSD model with a highland i dont see it happening unless tesla sweetens the deal, with allowing FSD to tranfer, I am not crazy about no hardware 4 or so iv heard, no 4680 batteries, no Alcantara fabric, that looks so plush, and other things like no fog lights, and stalks removed.

    I get very sweaty in my 2018 Model 3’s vinyl seats, so I am most excited for ventilated seats! Our Model 3 is five years old and it’s fully wrapped in clear paint protection film, so I have to keep it another five years and the finish is better than new after it’s paint correction. We’ve got free lifetime data and FSD. We even paid for red paint, but we liked the black interior best.

    Zero comments yet in regards to this redesign? Yikes. For me personally the front-end design is more inline with the Tesla Roadster however I'm not too sure I like it; it's way too conservative for a car with this performance. This car is not a Volvo. Perforated seats and passenger screen are nice features. Don't like the ambient lighting or the 19" wheel options, nor the integrated directionals (ie. the turn signal stalk & indicators). And I'm very surprised I don't like the white interior. The black interior actually is more appealing to me. 0-60 4.4 seconds could be the reason for the extended range of 384 miles so imho is nva. The Tesla Model S Plaid is now USD 98,000.00 all options included!!

    The front end, especially the headlights, is WAY better. But I'm not a fan of the new dash that has a distracting reflection on the windshield, and the lack of control stalks is a deal killer. Just like I will NEVER, EVER buy a non-Tesla that has a Tesla charging port.
    Tesla is making some bad decisions and once the refresh carries over to the Model Y there will no longer be a Tesla I would buy. I am less and less tempted to part with my 2017 Model S 100D with sunroof and free supercharging (and FSD, but I'm not holding my breath...).

    Based on detailed review videos.. the Highland 3 doesnt seem to have any secondary PRND buttons.
    So if your screen doesnt come on initially, youre stuck until you do a full reaet.

    • @seb.
      @seb. Год назад

      Must be nice if it happens at an intersection 🥴
      And with the bad turning radius, the lack of stalk will be annoying when doing 3point turns on tight roads/streets.

    • @mark123655
      @mark123655 Год назад

      @@seb. From videos of the S/X the car is pretty good at working out you are doing a multi-point turn and switches gears as you come to a halt.

    • @seb.
      @seb. Год назад

      @@mark123655 I'm not saying it's not feasible, I'm saying it'll be more painful as you need to move your hand away from the wheel AND look at the screen just to change gear

    • @mark123655
      @mark123655 Год назад

      You don't need to. The car changes gear itself (and alerts via a beep) likely by detecting you are doing a hard turn, then stopping before a gutter or obstacle. Will reportedly do multi- point turns.

    I know you wont criticise tesla but these s and x price drops just are screwing existing customers.
    Know you got your discount but model s now 36k cheaper than 108 it was over a year ago.
    Model x plaid now 50k less on x than it was and just dont know how you keep your disappintment as consumers not stock holders in check.
    Agree re white but all model 3s are white lol. Where ai live.
    Tesla know nothing about product marketing and you refresh your cars from top to bottom.
    The halo model cant be the cheapest. S and x are on liffe support the way tesla runs business, and shouldnt be.
    They likely to be killed off after cybertruck launch as they just dont even have led inside like the base model.
    I sold my tesla 18 months ago before all this price and demand drops and will never buy another one.
    My girlfriend owes more on her 22 car now than its worth and put 40k down and financed balance.
    Cant sell it to clear finance and she blames me for saying to get a tesla model s.
    I feel bad as was a believer and followed you guys since big oil bunny.
    Was that 5yrs ago time flys.
    With such big duscounts on inventory 3s and soon to be bigger when this car gets made I think tesla really going to have bad 12 months.
    Who would buy a model y when 3 better car and yiu know new y will be out soon as sales will fall off cliff.
    You will then have cybertruck and most tesla owners go from 1 model to another as like you have had all 4.
    Yes the dogs is better with a hatch but think tesla in for bumpy ride even though new 3 more premium than before.
    Think they keep getting supply and demand so wrong but refuse to cut supply just screw everyone.
    I made some money on tesla shares like you guys but think I need to pay my gfs car off with it as feel responsible.
    I still watch you guys and can understand why you wont criticise tesla in videos but they just screwing every customer and for that I cant support any company who does that to loyal customers ..how can they sell a car witth 30 to 50k off in a year or so ...if you werent so affluent imagine if you still owed 100k on your car which brand new only costs 72k.
    I gone back to a hybrid so I still get tax bennefits and so glad I did but just have to sort gf car loan for her and get her out of that mess.

      Seems like these gov’t incentives forced their hand in pricing. Does suck for people that recently bought, you bring up some interesting points but not sure how much of that is Tesla’s fault.

      @@SnowManson tesla cant be blamed for economy.
      However the rest is down to them and agree trying to get into tax credits is last stab at it but marketing otlr lack of is their downfall on higher end models.
