Brought a new friend through the Bible with me and it was her first time. She passed away unexpectedly during the gospel readings and now she’s meeting the Biblical characters and Jesus face to face. So grateful for Bible recap and that Dee was willing to read through the Bible in her early 70’s!

Yay!! Yay… I just finished reading the New Testament for the first time!!! It was amazing to capture the beauty of His word and understanding the ancient context with what it means in our present and future. My biggest takeaway is Christ is where the Love, Peace and Joy is! He WAS and IS and IS TO COME! I can’t wait for His return!! And I can’t wait to start the New Testament on Jan 1st!!! Thank you Tara-Leigh Cobble!
Maybe try the entire Bible. It is harder but soooo worth it! Audio makes it tremendously easier, especially in the really hard books. We need both Old and New. Tara Leigh's recap helps it all make sense💝

I am 56, a PK who thought after sitting in church most of my life I knew all I needed to about the Bible and what it said I found out I knew nothing. So first of all Thank you Candace Cameron Bure for introducing me to Tara Leigh and then most of all Thank You Tara Leigh for the Bible recap. I have been both convicted and changed. I will be forever grateful. And because I learned so much and now Long for my time with God each day. I will see you in 2024 for trip number two. Love and Blessings to all!

My first time all the way through the BIBLE! I had no idea the ups and downs 2023 was going to bring and yet, here I am to Celebrate reading through the BIBLE! God is definitely where the JOY is! Now on to 2024! I’m ready to hop back on and start again on this journey! Can’t wait to join the Re-Captains too so let’s get reading again in 2024! In the words of John…AMEN. COME, LORD JESUS!
Just turned 66 and have been in church and studied the Bible all my life. But this is the first time I’ve read it all the way through. Thank you, TLC, for helping to explain what we were reading and for helping me learn to look for God in His Word each day. I finished and will start again tomorrow!🎉❤
Time to celebrate the opening TBR music jingle with the “TBR Shoulder Shimmy”! (Yes, I actually shimmy shoulders during the opening music). And then we conclude with a joyful teary-eyed moment with TLC as we say together, “Amen, come Lord Jesus!”
I have to say that I didn’t expect there to develop a community of regular RUclips commenters, and throughout this year, we’ve shared our insights, our inspirations, and even our heartbreaking losses saying goodbye to family, whom we’ll rejoin at the Feast of the Lamb. Come Lord Jesus, and rejoin us soon in Your everlasting joy, peace, and presence!
This is my 18th trip reading the Bible in a year, and my 4th with TLC. I’ve lost count at the different Bible in a Year plans I’ve been through, and there’s nothing like TBR with the TLC videos. Thank you for spending all of Summer 22 filming these for us!

Mathematician here. The volume of the new Jerusalem will be approximately 1/2 the volume of the moon. Still PLENTY big enough; way way bigger than any city in history!
The Bible is such an amazing book. It is like no other book because it is the inspired word of God. This was an awesome journey through God’s word and I continue to learn something new every time I read any portion of scripture. May God’s blessings surround us all in 2024

I can’t believe I read through the Bible this year and understood what I was reading. Thank you TLC for guiding me through this journey. It has blessed me in so many ways. This was my second time reading through the whole Bible but my first with TBR. I LOVED it! 1 and 2 Samuel, Kings, and Chronicles were so clear reading them chronologically. Excellent work explaining the Bible.

Wow the last time I read the entire bible was back in 1998 at the age of 21. That was my first and only time. It took so much out of me, that I said to myself no way was I going to read the entire bible again. But, thanks to TLC bible plan for the year, I tried again, and this time I was not exhausted nor had the mind set of never again. I can not wait for this coming year TLC bible plan. Thank you T
The end of the Book is truly the beginning. He is coming. He restores everything perfectly according to His transcendental desire. He is light and life. Jesus is the Alpha and Omega. His Church is His gift to the Father!

“The joy of the Lord is my strength.” There are so many other ones on joy- just look up! 😘 There is an old song sung by Twila Paris called The Joy of the Lord. I miss hearing her music from long ago on the radio but thankfully its easily accessible! I'm ready for year 2! Let’s go! ❤

Rev 21:3-4, ..."God himself will be with them and be their God. He will wipe every tear from their eyes. There will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain for the old order of things has passed away."
I long for this day and cannot wait to have no more death, mourning, crying, or pain. I write these words in tears as I think about how our family has endured so much loss over the past few years. I just lost another uncle on my dad's side this past week and tomorrow is the 1 year anniversary of my cousin's death on my mom's side. So much death and sorrow in this life, but I cling to the hope we have in Him and this future in the pages of His word that we read today.
Praying you feel God's peace that surpasses all understanding! He loves you so much!
Praying 2024 is full of health happiness and joy for you, your loved ones and your family!
