If you do something unethical and then time jump, you yourself in your own personal time line has still done something unethical; time jumping doesn't role that back. I actually agree with him. Just because it branched off into another timeline doesn't mean you can just screw over that timeline. It may not have happened to anyone in your reality, but it still happened and people were hurt by it, so it seems that there are indeed a set of time ethics that have been violated here.

What this proves is that it takes the law in order to make ppl act like decent human beings. Without it, all morals goes out the windows, effectively showing ppl for the pieces of shit they actually are.

Something being natural does not excuse it being shitty. There are tons of natural things that are shitty. Don't confuse natural with morals. A person knowing what's right and wrong is something they should know for themselves, it doesn't need Society to tell you that. Killing is wrong, it doesn't make it any less shitty if you can get away with it.
***** Actually you are getting confused as to why those things are wrong in the first place, we have things like morals and codes and rules as a result of living in groups and societies, right and wrong isnt some list of unwritten rules we all follow, we very much came up with them ourselves for the sake of perseverance. What is right and wrong in one circumstance might not be the case in another.
If a person is working on an individual basis, in a scenario then holding them accountable for rules not placed on them is just a poor way to judge someone.
Killing is only wrong if the group decides it is, look at laws on execution, or humans history of ritual sacrifice. Sure your group would call that morally objectionable, but their group has a different set of morals based off of their circumstance.
