For those of you who don't know he approaches Glencoe across Rannoch moor but then turns down Glen Etive and drives down that glen first, then returns and proceeds down Glencoe. All of the single track road is Glen Etive now, apparently, known as the "Skyfall" road! Stunning video.
Beat me that. My impression - and only that - was that the trip was suddenly on the road south towards Oban, hence the water and views on the right - and the trip did continue across snowplough -marked road and obviously south to the Erskine Bridge.

Thank you so much, thanks to pandemic there were almost no cars, it is truly unique capture, weather, sun, snow and animals , everything was amazing 😇👌

If you ever want a cheap Scottish wknd experience get megabus to Edinburgh and go to Edinburgh Festival in August. Take a tent and get the £1.80 bus fare to the Pentland Hills above Edinburgh. Or start the West Highland way with bag assistance. You won't be disappointed.

Patrik you are an absolute star ,thank you for your reply. Have travelled may times through Glencoe but not on the single track road you filmed on, fantastic.
@@mickmerricks4020 appreciate your comment, that single road track leads to Glen Etive, it is beautiful dead end road where movies like James Bond Skyfal, Harry Potter and Braveheart were filmed. Worth the drive as the sights are spectacular. Probably best dead end road I have ever been on , 100% recommended. 👍 cheers
@@TrueBeleiverInMostHighGod Hi Patrik Thanks for your feedback, found the road on google maps, it does show James Bond Skyfall Rd, on Glen Etive. Have downloaded the Soloman track from iTunes. In summer it changes Atmosphere, everything is super green.. it is different, still beautiful. For me the most beautiful is winter , I just love that white snow and brown contrast , it is 100% scotland
@@TrueBeleiverInMostHighGod the road seems to be really safe and free of snow. I thought that winter could be tricky to drive in this region. I’ve been there spring 2021 and I loved, I wish to go back at some point during winter to see this beautiful scenery. Any tips to go there during this season?
@@jeancarlosartori5481 Winters are really mild around here with not much snow, it really depends on timing and it is unpredictable.
