@@sandasturner9529 that is the most universally important issue in trucking. As a person that doesn't deal with brokers, I don't have a dog in that fight, so it's not my problem if they suck. (It doesn't mean I don't empathize with the people impacted by bad brokers, I'm just not one of them.)
I'm also not really impacted by low rates, or fuel prices, or many of the other issues that exist - but parking is a problem for us all.

Those brokers are our number 1 problem.
For real! These mega carriers and other brokers are murdering us out here. As far as the fraud goes just don’t take loads from folks who don’t factor. If they got a suspect lookin MC# or their only contact is a Gmail account. I know it’s annoying, you get on the load board and you see that juicy load paying way more than all the others. But don’t take it if it doesn’t fit the rules or you’re gonna get burned

Wage theft is very real in trucking. Industry wide the average cpm driver is shorted 10% of the miles driven. I've personally experienced 12-15% theft of miles driven of every trip.

My codlences to the Schultz family. What's going on? This is the 2nd driver to go missing and to be found near his truck. I remember hearing a similar situation with a Prime driver a few months ago. Are they actually looking when drivers go missing? i know the families are, but this is the 2nd driver to be within a mile from their truck. That's crazy my condolences again to his family. Stay safe out there truckers.
Nope, they dont care. You f'n kidding. I watched fedex talk about a driver running off the road. But didnt even try to find him. Claiming he wondered off from the crash. Actually, they did not care or call any of his family contacts to figure out any info. Compamies do nothing but lie,cheat,and steal. You have to tell them to pay you right. Instead if them doing it the right away.

The FMCSA has had a team of investigators for years. FMCSA bureaucrats won’t send cases of fraud the investigators work on to the DOJ for prosecution because the FMCSA leaders say fraud doesn’t have anything to do with highway safety.

FMCSA is our biggest problem. Government regulations and procedures are our biggest problem. Cronyism is the problem and government is the reason why it happens. Because law is the only way we get coerced. A corporation can’t do anything of that without the law or regulations.
Only government can force people to change behavior to meet someone else agenda.

Please also talk about truck inspection now some broker don’t give me load because I don’t have any inspection in the FMCSA record. I go to the scale every time get green light now I stop on scale ask officer please do inspection they they told me if we pull you out on the road or Road Side inspection that will count, but if you come on the scale just for inspection, they can do it, so my question is where I can go for the inspection. If anybody know, I can make appointment if any weight scale do the inspection. Please let me know.

In 411 cases, many people dissappear then are found later with no clothes or different ones. But they also are missing their foot ware. This is scary if it's gonna happen to truckers.

Was he sick. High fever can cause a person to walk off like that and not make it back. Just throwing it out there because someone in my family walked off into the woods and didn’t make it back home and they were found dead less than a mile from home. They were delirious from fever and the cold killed him.

BROKERS SHIPPER AND RECEIVER TRANSPARENCY
After that i need a laugh so here's a story of layers of stupidity the Year 1981 , February headed west at night with a dry van of potatoes on I-80 and its snowing hard , Chicken Hawk our driver 5ft 5 in. is in the left lane doing 80 mph when he comes upon a line of 5 trucks following a snow plow , as he approached the last truck in line ,a JB hunt truck started to pull into the left lane so Chicken Hawk gets on the CB radio and yells at J B Hunt to pull back into the right lane , which JB does . But an extended road rage radio exchange ends with Chicken Hawk threatening to kick JBs ass and to pull over for said event which they both did , Chicken Hawk jumps out of his truck and starts stomping back to the JB Hunt truck , he is not worried in the least because he is armed with a 40 caliber pistol in his back pocket , When Foghorn Leghorn steps out of his Cab Over truck in one step (this guy is 6ft 9in 280lbs ) and reaches into the cab for his tire billy club , Chicken Hawk reaches for his gun only to find his wallet in his pocket , realizing shit my gun is in the sleeper. but without missing a beat he pulls out his wallet holding it like it was a gun and tells Foghorn Stop right there ! (its dark , its snowing and they are about 20 feet apart) So Foghorn stops, Chicken demands, Drop that tire billy put your hands behind your back and get on your knees which Foghorn does, Chicken walks up picks up the tire billy and proceeds to beat the crap out of Foghorn with his own tire billy , Foghorn beaten and bleeding on the ground , Chicken Hawk shows Foghorn the wallet in his hand and says Mother F er the next time you come to a wallet fight you better bring a gun , and leaves the scene , road rage there are no winners . Foghorn Leghorn got his ass beaten And Chicken Hawk got charged and jailed cause JB Hunt has camera's in their trucks. The story is true, No trucks were harmed in this story and the names have been changed to protect the innocent.

Fraud in the FMCSA, fraud in brokers, fraud in trucking companies, fraud in drivers, fraud in health care doing DOT physicals, fraud in DOT inspections, fraud in repair shops, fraud in towing companies, fraud in all the groups being allowed to make up rules for the trucking industry that have nothing to do with trucking but have their own agenda?

Complaining about how they aren't valued enough and paid enough, yet at the same time vote to destroy workers unions, this is what you get when you vote for deregulation. Been happening since jimmy carters Motor Carrier Act. Made it easier for new carriers to enter the industry, eliminating certain restrictions placed on regulated carriers, and encouraging greater price competition among carriers which caused wages to plummet and carriers to throw out unions
