I’ve had this flashlight for just over 2 years now and it’s outlasted my mag light mini as well as 2 tactical lights I had! I forget their brand name at the moment.
Overall ?? This is an awesome flashlight 🔦. I’ve had dozens in my lifetime . This is by far the best ( especially at the price I paid ...... $9.99 ). Think it was free and I only paid shipping . Might of even been less than $9.99 . I would of paid a heck of a lot more too . I just happened to receive a special email . Really liking this 🤠
There appears to be two different types of 18650 batteries. One is a button top the other is a flat top. Wondering which one you recommend. And what I need a special charger for this style battery or would a charger for regular AAA or AA rechargeable batteries work?
The Orange Power Button assembly came apart! How does it reassemble? I tried to assemble it but it just keeps pushing through! What's the issue? Love the Torch, but need a video to get functional.
Nice video! My dad bought me one. I just ordered the 18650 rechargeable battery. What is the battery life approximately with the 18650 battery and strongest mode? Thanks in advance :)
in the dark. because of how the eyes react to darkness it will be more devastating to the eyes that in daylight but still will bother some, but not as much, also depending on how much sun is out at that time or if inside how much light in the room.
StatUpBox I have an identical generic that came without batteries included. I see the name for the housing is “adapter converter”? Can’t find a 3AAA one. Would I need a plastic cover/converter for the 18650? Thank you.
@@TheLadyaec These types of lights come with a plastic (black) cylinder piece for using with 3-AAA cells (disposable or rechargeable). They also come with a WHITE cylinder (tube) for placing a 18650 into, so when it's put into the flashlight, it doesn't rattle. The 18650 will work REGARDLESS of whether it's in the white tube or not.
I like all of the StatUpBox videos I've seen, but the fact that there has been no response to the several comments that relayed negative experiences about this flashlight makes me wonder if I can trust the recommendations here. Could you possibly address those negative experiences?
Thanks for the comment. We need to tell Holmes to talk to the masses 🤣 The flashlight shown on the video is still going strong, we use it a minimum of 4 days a week, on and off for about an hour. We have dropped this badboy on concrete, grass, asphalt and still going strong, maybe some scratches and dings but still works. Still shines as the first day. But as everything in life, every user experience can be differ. We do use the 18650 on it.
I've had my Torch light since july, used it several times for night fishing, and for the price I have no complaints, has a nice bright beam with good spill and has been dropped in the pond a few times and still works fine. hope this helps
press several times until off, because second press will go dimmer, then you have two sets of strobe and then it will turn off on other press. good luck
Torch is the British word for flashlight. In Australia, I think both torch and flashlight are used commonly, thought haven’t heard anyone say either here in Sydney.
I ordered the free light for shipping cost, then I ordered the additional upgraded version also for the shipping cost. I only got 1 flashlight + it cost me $39.99 + $9.99 for each shipping cost. So 1 flashlight for $ 59.97! Not such a good deal after all. Never again.
I did the same thing. It would have stayed $9.99 if I didn't go for that(Wait, get a free carry case for flashlight. It was that case where they added some kind of "subscription for $39.99 ! A Month! I called them Sat(weekend) and got them to refund that $39.99 and cancel subscription! I talked to a real person and got a confirmation email. Still waiting on the flashlight. I just ordered the 18650 battery's and a charger on ebay!
I'm sorry I don't believe the tree in the video is as far as described. The A100 lacks the power seen in better quality flashlights. For a $10 light, it's passable... but has none of the quality that even a $30 (better brand) light has.
yes, a higher quality flashlight may achieve a higher output (we would imagine) but it will also cost more (we guess but maybe not, unless we test it) this is more of a half way point( to the budget for that day considering other reviews on other flashlights) guess we were lucky with this one.(still going strong)But it be great to hear other user experiences. Nice to have a list for future flashlights to consider. Comments always appreciated.😁👍💪
@@jamespostle6894 Never saw this reply until today! It's not so much that I dislike them...they're just a waste of money. They AREN'T particularly bright and because they aren't waterproof or impact resistant, they're not reliable either.

I have the same flash light . .For me it's so good I bought 4 . Thanking you From Australia 🇦🇺
Great 👍
Australian resident here too. Curious to know why you said flashlight instead of torch. The uploader knows that torch is a synonym for flashlight.

How much is the rechargeable batery and charger??
It’s just as good as the other tactical flashlight.

How do I get the flashlight open to put the new batteries in if it's rusted shut

I have the same question how do you put it back together
There are a couple videos above that will help you out.
I got mine 😇 highly recommended 👍 from Philippines
I love this flashlight, but I can't figure out how to turn it off without unscrewing the bottom to where it almost comes off. What am I doing wrong?
Keep pressing the orange button on the bottom of the light

Got on of these for Christmas. It seems like it gonna be an absolute beas5
Got this for Christmas and I put batteries in and the battery's start heating up to hot temps and also on the batter cage it has tinfoil
Mine didn't come with the 18650 battery holder. I contacted the seller and am waiting to see what they have to say.
Hilarious review.
Thank u!

Very good. Thanks!
I live the light but the switch is broken don't have the link to co, need a new switch
hi R P C...

try get another 2nd LED flashlight
nice light for the money. very pleased.
still going strong, we use it every now and then.
I can’t find where the batteries go
What do the numbers by the ZOOM label stand for?
Will the strobe in somebody's eyes, in broad daylight, have the same effect as in the dark?
in the dark. because of how the eyes react to darkness it will be more devastating to the eyes that in daylight but still will bother some, but not as much, also depending on how much sun is out at that time or if inside how much light in the room.
It's it supposed to make a fire...? It showed a fire on ad
How much lumens does it have?
Where to put the triple A batteries? It's not working.
It should come with a plastic three battery housing

You have to supply your own AAA batteries.
no you dont need a plastic cover for 18650, did you ever contact company so they can send you missing converter/housing.

I got this for free and love it, but I can't figure out how to turn it off. Help!
Simply press the on/off button at the base of the handle.
press several times until off, because second press will go dimmer, then you have two sets of strobe and then it will turn off on other press. good luck
It's so nice I have it
I wonder why people are selling flashlights when your phone is already equipped with one.
Got two of these, installed new batteries. They don't work. Rip off
How much
Where is the torch that burns thru anything?

That tree is close!
across the street, the camera was placed next to the tree to get shot, but flashlight was located across the street

how come american company dont want to makeing their own many LED flashlights
Jus show how to open it
Unfortunately, it is a Counterfeit or Scam.
Well you have a flashlight on your phone, so yes, it is kind of a scam to buy a seperate one.
Nice i want to buy but this is bad torch😊
I bought 1.... I would like to know what happened that it don't even light a piece of Paper....and they call it the Torch Flashlight!!!
will not light a piece of paper, but we haven't held it for more than a minute to one, so great to hear if any one has.
Installed new batteries it will not light at all. disappointed @@StatUpBox
Well, torch is supposedly a synonym for flashlight in Britain, but I agree, what would they call actual torches then?
Garbage light. Drop once and it breaks
That is correct. It isn't "impact resistant".
I drop mines all the time! It’s still works.
Well, you shouldn’t be dropping your flashlight at all.
Ako po 296
Piece of junk. The innards of the switch dropped out the first time I took it out to change batteries. Do not recommend.
How to order?
