this is for data only, is it? how about AD on-premise?, as I understand, a built-in integration with AD on-prem has not yet been supported, any idea when we have to use the AD on-prem for users log-in, roles, groups ... to control access?

No! You need some Process Place in between using Power Apps and Power Automate!
