Data Loss Prevention (DLP) Policies are protectors of your data, helping you to prevent unintentional data leaks. When you are rolling out the Power Platform for your organization, it's important to put on your administrator and security hat and determine what data you might need to secure.
In just 10 minutes I'll go over everything you need to know about Data Loss Prevention policies in the Power Platform and show you how to set them up.

April, you have outdone yourself! Thank you for this Video.
Thank you very much ☺
This video is so informative. DLP policies are something I can suggest to my team to make the apps and connectors much more safe to use on our organisation. Thanks for the video.
Excellent explanation and demostration! Congratulations!
Thanks Raul!

Now this has made life so much easier, thanks for the insight!! 🙂...A question, is it possible to have different landing pages for different users, for the same Url...applying some kind of filter? Does power apps allow this?
Great Explanation :)
Thanks! 😃

Glad it was helpful!
Wonderful
Thank you :)
well explained April
Thanks Krishna!
Great Explanation. Let say you wanted to store various tweets in a SharePoint List. Is there any way to do that without moving the Twitter Connector to Business or SharePoint to the NonBusiness?
GOATed for clarity and finally making sense out of what Microsoft seems incapable of doing
Thank you Kelly!
So nice
Thanks
Video uploaded on incidents of dlp
Is it possible to also use Office 365 DLP policies for the Power Platform? Would be nice, as 365 DLPs enable data/content based and user based conditions.

Good Is a graet video. We are still searching for a way to block or disable default environment from all employees as maker group.
I thought we'd be able to use DLP as a solution but another dead end since we can't block some connectors. Ugh
Thanks, April. This is useful. I don't see 'Scope' next to 'Connectors' on my admin Power platform
It's possible that the updates haven't made it to your tenant yet :/
@April that’s right. Thanks
Very interesting video. I'm just disappointed because you must see the flow to see the DLP advertisement. Why do that ? By the way, is it possible when you add a action in flow to see enterprise, non business, instead of standard, premium etc... and is it possible to hide blocked connector ?
Thanks April. This was extremely helpful. Often, you do mention Video notes, Video description etc. Where can we find this? Watched you video on Pagination and I really want to implement that in a project I working on now but can't see the description area where you said you'll drop the code etc. Thanks in advance.
Hey Douglas - What I'm referring to as the "video notes" is the area below the video where there's a description. Usually you'll have to expand that out by clicking the "see more" text. If you click on a video below it you'll see who created it and a description. Expand out the "see more" to see all the video notes. Hope that helps!
@@AprilDunnam Brilliant! Seen it now. Not sure why it's escaped me all this while. Thank you. Appreciated.
Do you have any recommendation regarding HTTP Connectors? Should I blocked them?
I tend to be of the opinion that blocking them completely can stifle progress. There is a newer ability to do endpoint filtering for HTTP connectors so you can restrict what endpoints before can or cannot call. I would recommend that approach rather than a straight block.
