I had the same thing happen to me when I stumbled across "hoi4 in a nutshell" by Bokoen1 I went from having no interest at all in hoi4, to suddenly watching hundreds of hours of hoi4 content and wanting to play it myself! (also, it's a fun game! you should try it! Normally it can be hard to learn, but you learn a lot from watching others play, so if you've been watching all of Stakuyi's stuff you can probably hit the ground running since you already know how the game works)

you should use the "better ireland" focus tree mod! it makes ireland so much more detailed than this, you have to deal with political turmoil with their newly found independence and their different paramilitary groups going with or against the government. it's a challenge!
