You could've gotten the units out of Japan that you gained, you march them to a port and then "march" them (right-click) onto one of your ports, across the sea. Then, they will move.

Communist Japan is the best outcome for Manhcukuo. You are taking Mengukuo, Japanese territories at mainland Asia, Taiwan and ofcourse half of the navy and army. Also most of time Japan loses its major statue so you can deal with them while you are dealing CUF.

If you ever have to fight Germany in like the 50s while they are not distracted (oh lord) you need a couple things:
Immense amounts of luck
A land base already in Europe
Divisions with insane defence
Huge CAS and fighter airforce to obliterate the Germans (idk how you make this sort of thing)
Without all of those Germany, being the absolute overpowered bastard it is, will obliterate you
