Squats are one of the best exercises for providing noticeable improvements rapidly. I sort of hate doing them, but I love how I spring up from a seated position after some training. Decent leg strength is a huge asset.

Squats! :) So spot on! I did a stint of PT last year and the first thing I was taught "Chair Ups" and "Chair Downs" If you need some help to get you started don't be afraid to use a chair! she always said. It can be a crutch to help for many exercises... I only had the chance to use it for the first set.. she said nope, you don't need it, and it was an uphill battle from there... Thank you two and thank you Melissa for your support! :)

What I'm finding interesting with these pod casts is that I was doing nearly all of the recommended exercising and dietary work already 😳. What I've learned over the past half century and exercising is to incorporate into your daily life as you do breathing, eating and other daily life support actions. Don't think, just do ☺️

When he says that he was into heavy weightlifting when he was diagnosed and they thought it was “Tendonitis”. I can relate to that Tendonitis feeling all over the body but mainly my hips and arms were the inflamed areas since my early 20’s. Felt like my hip could snap a tendon if I raised my leg to high.

Do you ever do a video on putting 0n MAKEUP hints. Also personnel items for the bathroom.

I haven't done one like that yet but I also haven't had issues putting make-up on. Some of the women in my gym have issues and we tried that a new make-up line that was created by a Parkinson's patient, but for the tremor dominate women, it's still hard.
