Talented artists and high-school dances, yes. I couldn't get Cross Colours, Karl Kani, Paco Jeans and whatnot. None of it fit my style. Moreover I couldn't wear "street clothes" when I was a club dancer/crowd motivator. I had a "uniform" that I could slightly modify. But I definitely cut up and had a great time on the floor. The pay was damn-near garbage, but I got to dance when I wanted, how I wanted, and that allowed me to hone my skills for teaching people today.
Damn i wish we could go back to 90-95.

for real. I hated I was just a kid during this time.
I hear this nostalgic music when being young, black, responsible with a goal for your future was at high praise and let's not forget hella fun. No ass cheeks on full display, just verbal skills and detailed vocabulary with a track you can dance to. I do miss the originality that 90's hip hop brought to the culture.
