Its hilarious to me that none of the Amish businesses will know you reviewed them because ... theyre Amish, so no social media 😂 But as usual, you were honest and fair and your insights are appreciated.
I went to NFL Hall of Fame museum in Canton Ohio. We stayed a hotel that was connected to an Amish restaurant. Some of the BEST food I have ever had in my 46 years of life. Their broasted chicken was just ridiculous... We had that every night...lol... I don't think they have ever seen a black person in their life...lol... but that food was unforgettable... Shoutout to my Amish homies...lol...
Fun facts about Amish community. They eat natural of course and work hard physical labor. Because of that, their lifespan is among the longest of any north American group. That's crazy because of butter, oleo etc but it just goes to show you that things like butter and natural milk and fat are not as bad for you. So I started drinking raw milk etc and I have physical job and go to gym. I have Amish community near me. 1 year into drinking raw milk etc. I've gotten healthier. No Cap. Had to edit cause I didn't mention how delicious their food is. Raw/ warm / fresh milk with cinnamon toast crunch ready to make a fresh bowl was life changing. Fresh butter and fried cheese curds were impressive as well as things like dumplings and ham they make and their own lamb and other livestock. Overall 8.5 or 9 for my Amish community in my area. Great people and Great food.
Another fun fact: The Amish opposed slavery from the very beginning and many were abolitionists. Many Amish helped runaway slaves on the Underground Railroad escape to freedom. They have been quality people from the very beginning.
Fun fact about Amish: when he was a teenager, Sean "Puffy" Combs was involved in a city/country exchange program where he had to go spend months with an Amish family in Pennsylvania and he rode on horse and buggy and he had positive memories of these times. He talked about this on a talk show and said he wondered if the family he lived with knew that he became successful but they probably don't know because they don't have TV.
