I want ultron with the gauntlet but not build a figure. With this 1st wave I only got 4, 3 just came today from gamestop some of these figures are just not that good. .
Im pretty sure the Spidey body paint is based on the Disney World/Land costumes, since its sony who owns him, so in What If they had to go with that Disney park costume, but im not 100% Keep up the dope reviews Robo!!

Zombie hunter spider-man needed something more I'm not just sure what. Like he looks like the episode but maybe some rips in the costume more blood since he has been surviving in the apocalypse. Maybe besides the cape he should have had one more item from another fallen hero.

The Doctor Strange hand with the spell effect piece is the same as from the movie Strange that comes in the Strange/Thanos/Iron Man 3-pack. One I wish came with a different arm that doesn't have effects on it.

Regarding the Spidey costume, I've heard that Disney doesn't have rights to the MCU Spidey costume outside of the films, which is why his outfit in the episode and on the figure (AND matches the one from Avengers Campus at Disneyland) is different.
T'Challa's hands look like they are similar, if not the same hands as Star Lord. Your side by side comparison with the blasters pretty much confirmed it too
This is definitely a 'pick and choose' wave for me, but I think we can all agree that Captain Carter is a great design, well executed. I gotta have it. Same with Zombie Cap.
I had the same problem with Captain Carter’s feet. I ended up turning the pegs in the ankles 180 degrees in order to get her to stand up. I think the factory just put them in backwards.
Man I sure am glad all the online retailers (including Hasbro Pulse, you know, the manufacturer) say this wave’s not supposed to ship until February even though they’re hitting retail now I guess and are all over eBay. Good job, go team.

A small but welcomed update, IMHO, is the Spider-Man “thwip” hands. Compared to earlier sculpts where the point and pinky fingers are straight, this time it has a natural curl to the hand pose; which is anatomically correct. Try it. Someone at Marvel Legends is paying attention.
Wave2: Party Thor, Gamora, Killmonger, Black Widow, Arnim Zola (head in Vision body), ultron, robot arm Hawkeye with BAF being accessories for Surpeme Strange (tentacles, horns) and or Watcher Armor. Make it happen
I was hoping for some surprises for these figures as in accessories. Dr strange needed some clip on stuff and while I wanted a Slyvie, she should’ve been a release before. They could’ve thrown in another what if character. But I’m still excited to get these.
I really only want Sylvie from this wave. I think they should have had her without a BAF piece also. I did get a Watcher from eBay for a very good price. He works perfectly as an MCU version from the scene with Stan Lee.
I know it's not going to happen, but I would love every figure in this wave to be re-released as part of a comic wave, with a repaint to match. These are cool characters, I'm just not that invested in the animated figures, it would be awesome to have a Captain Carter, Star Lord T'Challa etc with the right shelf. (Yes Zombie Cap is absolutely going to get a repaint, that is pretty certain) but there is no rules that the shelf has to be 100% accurate, there are 6 characters on here, 5 of which could fit on a shelf (A spiderman without a butterfly joint belongs on no shelf, ever)

You are not the only one who has had watcher arm problems. I am not a fan of this wave and the Watcher being a statue lead to me cancelling most of this pre-order. I am keeping zombie cap and Captain Carter plus the Hydra Stomper but the rest are a pass. I just don't see what I would do with the other animated characters. Great job as usual.
We need a what if Ultron. Ultron took the thunder of that show for me. He was so awesome. Out of the available figures, I like zombie captain America best. It just really looks good in my opinion
I hope they make a lot of the zombie heroes. I think it would make for a fun display. Get some broke building diorama and choose your favorite heroes to survive while a horde of zombie heroes is outside trying to brake in. Looking forward to see if they do a wave 2 for the What if line. I think either a build a figure or a larger figure like the hydra stomper would be great for those mech bots they had in the iron-man episode a nice army builder.
I really don't like the way that Hasbro is doing capes now. Ever since The Hood, all of their capes are a serious hindrance to articulation. They sit on the shoulders and lay over the arms and so it looks ridiculous if you bring the arms up. I hope they figure out something better soon. Kills it for Hood, Silvie, Spider-Man, and Doctor Strange.
Kinda dissapointed that Spider-Man doesn't have the butterfly joint and the articulation with some of them,looks like they were rushed or they are just to be displayed in a standing position.

I should have gotten the Spider-Man. I just needed that one piece to complete the Watcher. I do have the Select version. I passed on him because I don't need any more Spider-Man, but now I still have an incomplete BAF. I use the Nebula as a Kree, and the T'Challa as a soldier for the Kingpin. I use that Dr. Strange as my Futuristic Dr. Strange on my Earth 818.
Spidey - with mask, it's a passable comic style. maybe a bit mid-battleweary? Curious as to how cape lays on other figures? T'Star Lord - looks generic enough he could pass for civilian. afro bunching out of helmet is a bit Kid ('n'Play), tho. heh. Sylvie - is it me, or does face sculpt age her a good 10-20 years? Not quite same issue with Hela's jawline, but similar "biffing" of a decent likeness. I'd also like to see how her cloak fits on others, too. and now my idea of you recording everything all at once and chopping it in edit in vanquished. LOL this recording is CURSED! #666 #HailMephisto! Dr. Armani (that's what I'm calling him. you can't change my mind!) - I'm pretty sure we're getting a comic Mordo soon, between this guy and the exclusive "deluxe" comic Strange both having that similar design for Mordo. Carter - yes, the Union Flag (only U.Jack at sea, thank yew Rose Tyler!) has off centered bars, if that's what you were asking. I was distracted by the abdomen white panels, that I didn't catch the missing paint until you showed the comparison shot of your missing the upper torso bars. D'OH! I have noticed the WI? Exiles group shot (re: Avengers'12 huddle camera pan) leaves off the red entirely. It's just a white cross on her torso. Watcher - Glad I have the MS Uatu, s this is not him. He can be another Watcher. (red redeco = Aron?? ...red NC head = Belasco??) yup, we got *FOUR* ML waves hitting, right now. Looks like the T'Challa Starlord hands are reuse from the regular Starlord figure. You have a shot in the video showing that the guns are the same and it shows the hands are the same as well!

the hands for T'chala are probably the ones from the GOTG 2 star lord, they probably reused them so they could hold the element guns

I liked the series, but i am only getting Cap Carter, i really like her, she looks great. I think she could also display well with MCU.

Butterfly joints should come standard for all ML Spidermans. He's the poster child for figure articulation.

This wave isn't out until next year in the UK. There's always a two month delay at least, for whatever reason.

Man I love this Spidey, seeing the MCU with some brighter colors really rocks. Honestly this whole wave are winners for me.

Kinda dissapointed that Spider-Man doesn't have the butterfly joint and the articulation with some of them,looks like they were rushed or they are just to be displayed in a standing position.
I suspect those T’Challa Starlord hands are from the GotG vol.2 Marvel Legends Starlord to accommodate the guns.
Hasbro did something ingenious with zomb Capt, the legs are uneven because like how a person wearing one boot they would be off balance
I'd love to see a second wave with Hank Pym, Apocalypse Widow, Party Thor, Vision Ultron, The Collector, Gamora with the Thanos armour, with BaF ravager Thanos
I should have gotten the Spider-Man. I just needed that one piece to complete the Watcher. I do have the Select version. I passed on him because I don't need any more Spider-Man, but now I still have an incomplete BAF. I use the Nebula as a Kree, and the T'Challa as a soldier for the Kingpin. I use that Dr. Strange as my Futuristic Dr. Strange on my Earth 818.

Spidey - with mask, it's a passable comic style. maybe a bit mid-battleweary? Curious as to how cape lays on other figures?
T'Star Lord - looks generic enough he could pass for civilian. afro bunching out of helmet is a bit Kid ('n'Play), tho. heh.
Sylvie - is it me, or does face sculpt age her a good 10-20 years? Not quite same issue with Hela's jawline, but similar "biffing" of a decent likeness. I'd also like to see how her cloak fits on others, too.

Dr. Armani (that's what I'm calling him. you can't change my mind!) - I'm pretty sure we're getting a comic Mordo soon, between this guy and the exclusive "deluxe" comic Strange both having that similar design for Mordo. (and Dormy's collar?)

Zombie Cap - I wasn't expecting much, but the sculpting details look cool. and the unbalanced legs are ingenius.
Are the right pant and bare leg separate pieces? I was debating removing the foot for more added realism (torn off with boot), but that would help if they are separate.
Capt. Carter - yes, the Union Flag (only U.Jack at sea, thank yew Rose Tyler!) has off centered bars, if that's what you were asking.
I was distracted by the abdomen white panels, that I didn't catch the missing paint until you showed the comparison shot of your missing the upper torso bars. D'OH! I have noticed the WI? Exiles group shot (re: Avengers'12 huddle camera pan) leaves off the red entirely. It's just a white cross on her torso.
Watcher - Glad I have the MS Uatu, s this is not him. He can be another Watcher.

Looks like the T'Challa Starlord hands are reuse from the regular Starlord figure. You have a shot in the video showing that the guns are the same and it shows the hands are the same as well!
