Ultra Modern Layered Wafer Paper Marbling and Daisy Cake | Cake Trends | Cake Decorating Tutorial

In this tutorial I tried something new:) I came across 2 different cakes while looking for inspration and decided to give it the Sophisticakes touch and merge the 2 together into one completely original design. This was really a ton of fun to make and the entire decoration and be removed revealing a buttercream cake!

Will the wafer paper melt once the buttercream comes to room temp?

I don't have that problem since I use a crusting American BC and I use a residential fridge. They are less humid. You can also brush the bask of the wafer paper with melted cocoa butter to give it a little more protection.
