I just got 2 of these units and both came with a bunch of extra cross beams, (the short ones). Any idea what they are for? (I assembled mine just like shown in the video.)

when disassembling how do you get the plastic pieces out? I just bought one and i have heard some say use some zip ties

The smaller cross bars were very hard to install. I was hoping he'd showered than wiggling.
