Should you send crash reports?

This tutorial demonstrates why it's important to send Adobe your crash reports WITH your email address. It helps them understand what caused the program to crash and it can help when you contact Adobe support.

Sadly, the Premiere crashes are back with the latest update. Last summer was horrible, premiere would crash the entire Windows 10 operating system and force a hard reboot, AT LEAST every 2 hours. In fall they fixed it, no crashes at all. But with the release this week I've already had 2 crashes.
BTW, you can't send crash report with most Premier crashes because they crash the entire OS which causes a reboot.

I know this video isn't about this problem, but I know you know a lot, so here is my question. I recorded at 4k 3840 x 2160 and when I bring it in to Premiere Pro it becomes 1920 x 1080. How do I keep it at 4k?

So ... send in a crash report with email information. Contact Colin so he can tell his Adobe buddy someone sent in a crash report. Pathetic. Too much diversity training. Too few software technicians.
