When your shirt won't stay tucked in, it can be incredibly frustrating. Things would be fine if you could stay still all day, but with each little movement, you shirt creeps out just a bit more. No matter how good you look in the morning, by mid-day you look down at your mid-section and see that you've got a huge "muffin top" developing.

A tip I learned is to get shirts that fit tighter up in the armpits. If it bags down too much, your shirt will come untucked when you raise your arms.

I notice when shirt is too slim in midsection can pop out much faster. Only if shirt in midsection is just right (about 3 od 4" extra material) can stay much better. I have some super slim fit shirt with only 2 " Excess material (in waist area)but i look Good only when standing . When i sit down or move shirt pop out so fast. So its important not only too bulky in midsection but also not to tight.
Do time stamps.
