      One classic set to train in boxing is jab-jab-leading jab. Dont know if leading jab is the correct name, but it is basically a jab thrown at a diferent, wider, angle to go around the guard. Try to surprise your instructor with it 😊

      Yes, it’s not throwing random punches although you could if you’re very fast. When you’re very fast you can get away with a lot of flaws.
      Look at Roy Jones Jr. different sport but the concept is the same.

If you are at an expert level of boxing, you can put your guard down, or do different variations and style changes to your own personal preference.

      I don’t think it was a “lucky” shot but damn if Sean’s hands are not misplaced. He literally walks up to him on his back foot both hands and arms up in a way where any strike would literally have no power. Like deadass with the shell he has his right hand should ALWAYS be covering his right face and should cover his body with his other arm or pivot away from it but he literally tries and parry’s with the only hand he could strike or defend his head from. Shit it could have been a right hook, look at Sean’s body, he was not blocking or rolling any type of shoulder in time

    I think he could have recovered from the first shot, but the second shot made his eyes close and body lock up.
