This is my first video and… it’s pretty awful. I like to think that you need to make something terrible first so you can remember where you started, and have a baseline to judge your improvements on.
I always enjoy seeing people's first videos, and I'll say you're off to a good start. I'm building a switching layout myself, so I'll stick around and check out the rest of your videos. Best wishes with your layout and this channel!
Thank you, Jamie! Your feedback especially on this first video means quite a bit. I’m a believer that you need to make something terrible first to make something better later. I’m currently applying that on my first structure I’m building! Would love to see your switching layout and I’ll be sure to check your channel! Thanks again for the feedback.
@@SouthDown thanks and you're welcome! I've been enjoying learning more about filming and editing and improving as I've continued my RUclips journey as well. Sometimes I watch established and professional channels that seem to be masters at it, but I'll go back to their earlier videos and see that they go the same kind of rocky start that I did. So that gives me hope that I can keep improving. You can too!
Wow, @@JamieMakin! That's a very good point and I appreciate the enlightenment. From what I've seen on your channel you are well down the road in this journey, so I look forward in being your videography student!
