@@TJinHakuba we were discrete too but when you pop out of the trees and the ski patrol is standing right there, not much you can do, he was very angry 😆
@@joeldavis3152 Haaaaaa. Reminds me of the old days here at Cortina. It's a free for all now though. Hopefully Togakushi can get their head around opening up everything. It would certainly increase their visitation.
They run buses from Nagano station. I enjoy Togakushi and have been there a number of times however if you are a beginner then I would probably recommend Hakuba as it is set up better for foreigners coming in for rentals and lessons.
750 yen for a one way ticket on the ropeway. You get it from the base ticket counter. You need to fill in a trip report too. Only takes a few minutes. Check out last years vid here at 0:58 ruclips.net/video/Hxnzg9DP8YY/видео.html which details it step by step.
Had some great powder days there when we stayed in Myoko. They really don't like you ducking the ropes though!
No one pulled us up however we were pretty discreet. A good old slash and run.

Is it easy to reach from Nagano Station? And how was your overall experience.
I'm not at all experienced so will you recommend this for me?

@@TJinHakuba thank you
@@TJinHakuba we are visiting Togakushi Shrine so we decided that it will be better to visit this than travel back to other ski resorts.
Can you access Tsugaike Ropeway with a Hakuba Season Pass?🤔

@@TJinHakuba Thanks! Gonna head there when visibility is better:)
Do the local buses out of Hakuba go there?
No buses from Hakuba unfortunately. It would be a bit of a mission to get there on public transport.
