There is something so satisfying seeing you work on a tapestry from start to finish. The rocks definitely adds the finishing touch. Another beautiful piece in the books.
Found an older interview with Laura and it was such a great read. Truly a fascinating life and career. Gives me so much more appreciation for the channel.
Just got some updates on the cancer journey treatments and had to come watch your video to feel some peace and calm. Report was what I wanted so its good. I noticed a difference in the color change in this video. I'm thinking Greg took this video, its much brighter and more colorful then maybe on Hannah's phone? I could even see the details and colors on the wreath on the front door! The tapestry is so colorful and beautiful! You guys make my day🌞💐
You are soooo right! My uphorbia láctea was rotting. I had to behead it and waiting for it to callus over. Going to repot it and keep my fingers crossed.
Love that you give us “permission” to change our minds in the middle of the stream...pick it up and start again!!!! Your tip Nd tricks are always so helpful. Thanks for taking the time to take us along.
Oh, pls treat the barrel cactus with due respect ! That's a wonderful plant Laura ! And I agree with u with the most satisfying thing in the world to do.. so satisfying it is !
Yowza!!! Your eye for design is extraordinary with succulents 😍 love love love everything y'all do!! Thanks for your tips and inspiration, yet I have a question as to how well will these do in Northern Texas!!!!???
It's a spray called Wet Look 2000. It lets water through but at the same time keeps sand from blowing away, makes it stay in place. This spray is also used to give beach pebbles and other colorful rock a wet look, which keeps the colors vibrant. Did I get that correct Laura? I pay attention to your videos!
Hi Laura...love your vids. I see that you are not hardening your cuttings, so i am assuming that all succulents do not really need to be callused over before planting? Thanks
Hey Laura, I'm wanna group all my succulents together in bigger pots cause I'm limited for space but idk which ones would pair well with one another. Is it summer growers/winter growers in separate pots? Or does it have more to do with the thickness of the leaves and the sunlight requirements of each plant?
Hey Laura, I’m Angela Andrews, nice to meet you! I hope to say that that on day in person! 🥰 I love your job. I starting follow you because one person that I do classes with told me about your channel! By the way, I’m in Florida, and this person told me about you is in Brazil 👏👏👏 Question for you, where do you get the plants for your customers? I love that you have some beautiful boats (shereck) jade, senacios that looks like a tree! 😱🥰🙏🏻
I noticed in the video the end of garden near the driveway looks barren with ( weeds?) or a low growing ground covering. Is there a reason why? I'm very curious not being rude :) I found your channel this year and fell in love :)
It's a spray called Wet Look 2000. It allows water to pass through, but it holds the sand together so it doesn't blow away. And it adds a shiny "wet look" to beach pebbles and other rock that loose their vibrancy when dried off.
Hi Laura, I would like to invite you and check out my succulent garden. My name is Donna Hansen a huge fan of yours. I live here in bay area 30 minutes away from San Francisco.
You dog your holes so easily, even the most shallow. I have to contend with a multitude of rocks every time I plant. I can’t just stick a steak in the ground, I immediately hit a rock, many rocks. I wish I had seen this video before I planted all the cactus in my backyard. I did end up with a big mound of soil which I had to pay a landscaper to remove. Stupid stupid stupid. Live in learn.

There are way too many commercials in this video. Having said that...The tapestry is beautiful. 😍
Could you explain "wet looking" your rock?

Can you tell us what that lovely yellow/red aloe is at the end of each tapestry? It's GORGEOUS!
I think is aloe cameroni
What is the process and product used to "wet look" rock?
Stay tuned😊

really love your work!can I be an apprentice? hahahaha
I’m local to SD, in Carlsbad. May I ask what nursery you get your plants from?
Loved this video. All the detail.... 💙🐝💙
:( that is so beautiful !
What "dirt" do you add when planting and replanting succulents in outside landscape.
Hey Laura, I'm wanna group all my succulents together in bigger pots cause I'm limited for space but idk which ones would pair well with one another. Hi Laura my name is Guillermo i would like to met you i like to work with plants
what the f is creva
The very fine white-ish rock Laura uses sometimes, specially around tapestries.
