Thank you sooooo muchhh I was looking for the drivers EVERYWHERE because my pc is a gaming pc and it doesn’t have a disk thing. I ha dthjs problem where the mouse sensor wouldn’t work but I repaired my hard drive and now it mysteriously works again after malfunctioning :)
My mouse says I need to plug it in so I do and it doesn’t work

Hi, have you got the same mouse as there are a few different versions, also have you tried another USB port?
sp8rk yes it’s the same mouse I have tried it in multiple USB ports and different laptops, does the software work on windows 10 if not I think that is the problem

I got the mouse is sick
i got the s500 model and the cd came within the box but whenever i try to launch the macro software it says to plug in the mouse and the mouse is already plugged and working , i have windows 10 and i have tried different ports and pc , the same error pops up , has anyone fixed this issue ?
You could try going into device manager and uninstalling the mouse driver and rebooting, windows should reinstall the driver, this is only a suggestion it might help??
im having the exact same issue and i contacted them in facebook (no answer), and the seller does not even reply but even if he did i dont thing he could do anything , is there any fix for this please ?

IF anyone is having issues with the software above, please try this version i have virus checked with Avast and comes up clean
I have installed both drivers and noticed with one i get the 'plug in mouse error' that a few of you are getting, but the other one above works fine for me,

There official website is a Facebook page, I have been in contact with them asking for A869 drivers and have been waiting for a link, they promised me a link , but I'm still waiting :/

Oh, if it’s broken have you tried changing via software? Apart from that either try and see if the button is stuck or you might have to take it apart!

How do you change the dpi, on the software I see like 4 dpi settings. how does it actually work. Like can u choose a specific dpi and if I'm not using the software how do ik which dpi I'm on
Hi, while on the software it does show you what dpi your on, (the buttons under the colour columns) , but your on your own while just using your mouse. I normally sweep around the desktop till I'm happy with the speed.

Hi, there are two drivers available, try the other one , only one worked for me, the other asks to be plugged in.

@@kaushalraj8154 Hi, the top driver worked for me, i installed the alternative to test it and i get the error message about plugging in the mouse, i did notice i had to go to the start button to choose the original mouse software again to make it work.

Hi, I've been looking for any reference on what type of switches they use , but can't find any information , all I can tell you is they give a satisfying click , a little pressure is needed to click , if I was a betting man I'd say Omron. But I can't find any info........
Ok scrap that last post, looking on jxnovelty.com the s500 they have on there, lists Huano white micro switches. So I'm going with that as I can't find any other info!! ( And that is why I don't bet, as I tend to loose lol)
