Allow us to present our new song, SEMI PRECIOUS.
This track was partly inspired by some rambling conversations around old family stories. It also loosely relates to some historical tales of migration from the UK to North America over the past hundred years or so. Some of these tales had happy endings. Others, not so much.
Kingkunger are a songwriting duo based in Central Scotland. As with all of our music, this song was written, arranged, performed, recorded, mixed and produced by Kate and Alan. The same applies to the visuals.
On this track, Kate provides lead vocals, piano and violin plus additional keyboards. Alan plays guitars, bass and percussion as well as additional vocals and keys.
