- Welcome to our FIFTH Virgin Voyages Valiant Lady vlog! We're having such a blast on Valiant Lady!
This is the Scarlet Night episode... Virgin Voyages sum it up perfectly: "There you are. Positioned under the disco-ball, center on the dance floor. Not exactly sure who the people next to you are, but who cares, you’re on a ship, your friends couldn’t have gone far. Having tried to conceive or plan tonight would have been pointless. Like a dream you can’t really explain, but know you loved. And only remember in pieces, but will never forget how it made you feel.

We start our day off with breakfast at The Wake - here you will find a selection of dishes, by the time we arrived, it was brunch time! After a selection of benedict's and parties, it was time to head in to Palma de Mallorca!
In Palma, we decided to take the Hop on Hop off bus, a great way to see Palma de Mallorca. For more information head over to city-sightseeing.com/en/25/pa...
Back onboard Valiant Lady, it was off to our usual spot, The Dock House - we really do love the view and the food here!
After Happy Hour at Richards Rooftop, it was time to get all glammed up for the most anticipated night of the cruise... Scarlet night!
On Virgin Voyages Scarlet Night who whole ship is transformed, with tentacles everywhere and loads of pop up acts. Join us as we explore the Valiant Lady after her transformation, including a VIP tour of behind the scenes (sorry, we could not show you all of that) and ending up on the pool deck where the party comes to an end and some of us end up taking a plunge in the pool! Would you jump in to the pool at the end of the night?

Our Valiant Lady cruise started in Barcelona and we cruised to Marseille, Cannes, Palma De Majorca and Ibiza, before returning to Barcelona.

We are bananas about cruising! We started cruising in 2014 by doing a mini cruise on P&O Aurora. Making videos of our cruises and sharing our experiences has become our hobby - the complete video is filmed and edited on an iPhone. We may not be the youngest cruisers but we are trying to break the stereotype that cruising is for retired people. On a cruise you will normally find us wondering around the ship taking in the atmosphere (and working our way through the cocktails).
We have sailed on Celebrity Cruises, P&O Cruises, Cunard Line, Princess Cruises, MSC Cruises, Royal Caribbean, Virgin Voyages and Avalon Waterways. I've got to say the quality of the food on Virgin seems top notch wherever you've eaten on board, but that bacon looked perfect! A wonderful party night too, did you drink all the rum?
The food was really good in every venue we went too, it was like dining in speciality each night! 🤤 Hahaha, just a shot if it 😉
May-Sept. are the best months for soft shell crab! I think what you had is a “cronut.” I was in Palma in April, and agree the HOHO bus is the best way to see the gist of it.
Those busses are a great way of exploring without any effort, you can just sit back and relax and take it all in!
The crab was listed as soft shell crab on the menu, this was September maybe we had the last, I think there was only one or two cruises after ours before the transatlantic repositioning cruise, I’ll be honest I’m no expert though. It tasted very crabby, like the crab we have home 😂
I’m surprised Luke could get back to the cabin!🤣
I always manage! lol even if I have to crawl (not that that happens) I always make it back. I think it’s getting back to the room that hits you, once you know you’ve made it it’s like… aaahhhh… 😂
