My current boyfriend of 6 years has succeeded in disarming me by acknowledging my fears directly. Sometimes he is able to verbalize my fear better than I am. I love this about him.
I wanna stress to everyone with this hard aspect in their chart that you can overcome it. don't let people just demonize you for this aspect, I am truly learning to respect others boundaries and to control my temper. you don't have to feel like you are doomed

I wish I could relax in a relationship. I know that I am the problem. The fear is sooooo deep. It’s not a good energy to have- there is no rest with paranoia.
is your square applying of separating?.. it might also be connected with attachment styles and upbringing, some early experiences and even family history and past lives. If you want to improve that I'd recommend to use methods like art therapy and similar to tap into the subconscious and see what the root of it. of course astrology does reflect the conflict and fears, yet there are always some remedies with a proper effort to smooth it to some extent. Relocating with placing the square influence in another place might also help a bit. and some other remedies how to apply that energy. it energy of those planets are not used in a peaceful creative and transformative way as much they might give some more trouble.

To everyone with this aspect; you are wonderful people even if you don’t believe it. I know many people with this aspect including my boyfriend, and while it is tough when the paranoia kicks in, the gifts that this placement can offer are invaluable. I think the key to exalting the effects of this placement is working directly with childhood trauma that is creating this fear, and I know plutonians love digging through the subconscious so this shouldn’t be a problem for you. And most importantly, accepting your flaws and recognizing that you are good enough and you deserve what your soul is looking for.

I want to thank you as well as Starry Eyes for your kind comment. Thank you. I normally love her insight, but as someone with this aspect, I felt a little misjudged by her words. I had a terrifying childhood, and have had a hard time with trust in the past, but have always been a loving and kind person. I am healing, and so can anyone else who suffered abuse.

I fail to see how a sweeping generalization in the terms she used isn't also rude and nasty. If someone with this placement has hurt her, she needs to go and work it out with herself and not come in and trash a helpful comment made to encourage people with this difficult placement to not give up hope.

I've got a Venus semisquare Pluto aspect in my natal chart and I can totally relate to this video. When some person shows up and makes it obvious enough that it's interested in a friendship/relationship with me, the first thought that pops up in my mind is: "Who are you and how can you hurt me?" Then the testing and probing begins before I let them anywhere close to me physically not to mention emotionally. Majority gets rejected. It is exhausting, to be honest. The rest of the video is also spot on :)

Wow! This was a rough un-clothing 😥😩😩. Everything Jewel said is true and if you don't agree then that just proves the point 🤷♀️😂. Yes it is a challenging aspect but one that can be overcome with spiritual grounding - meditation, yoga or whatever - and fundamentally understanding that you can't demand what you're not willing to give. You can't expect vulnerability if you're not willing to be vulnerable. In other words, you have to be a reflection of what you desire to experience in others... But the bottom line is we MUST learn to trust ourselves and through that, set healthy boundaries with others. Let our intuition guide us and practice self love.. We are very perceptive thanks to Pluto but we have to learn to trust our inner guidance, especially where people are being authentic. This is what I've learned through my relationships and in my journey towards healing 🙏🖤

Liz -So true! I don’t have Venus square Pluto I have Venus conjunct Pluto and I used to hate feeling vulnerable in relationships so I would sabotage it before it even got serious. But as I’ve done inner healing work and remained single I’ve been able to transform those fears through self love and boundaries. 💗

Great video, very cutting and rings true. I have this aspect and I've started dealing with it over the past year or so. What helped me was that I found a workplace where I felt good about my ability to perform my job (I have Sun/Venus conjunct in 6th), and had the fortune of good coworkers. I really started coming out of my shell with the friends I made there, because they were all very emotionally competent and sensitive people (part of the job), so I let my guard down and let them get to know me as I actually am (at least a little), and to my shock, they still liked me! That also helped me become more open with friends I've had for a while longer, and now it just slowly radiates out among my social circles. Ah, emotional honesty...it's still ~very uncomfortable~, but rewarding too. Definitely better than what I was doing before

I have Venus in aquarius conjunct my ascendent in a T-square with Pluto in scorpio in my 10th and Mars in taurus in the 4th.
It is hard. My sensitivity and my talents have been taken advantage of SO MANY TIMES. I really related to how you talk about being prickly and having armor and putting up a face of no vulnerability, that was me for YEARS. Being beautiful and sweet as a girl is one of the most dangerous things in the world. I was scapegoated and abused in my family because of my sensitivity and victimized as child outside the home too.
I see injustice in the world in social relationships and mostly at work and it makes me so mad to see people being taken advantage of that I almost can't function in the working world! I am really grateful to have Venus in Aquarius because it gives me a detached ability to socialize with pretty much anyone casually, I can be very charming ;) But if you cross me, if you try to take advantage of me, you have NO IDEA what monster you have woken. I would love to be a thistle, that no one can touch except gentle bugs and butterflies ;)

My partner has this aspect, and wow, this really has a lot of accurate points, that I thought applied to other parts of her chart. Now, certain other points, mostly the negative behaviors, are truly not applicable, as she is really into vulnerability and wanting others to be as well. But you're right - anger and combativeness and worth, and to a lesser extent, selfishness, are big issues. Luckily, she has a sense of humor about it and is generous, responsible and aware -few problems with interactions and work. So, she has transformed a lot of it.

I have this aspect in my chat at 0 degrees orb. It is truly a difficult one that has taken over my love life. However I have now learnt that I am the cause of my own pain and held myself back from becoming more and doing better in life. I can see that it’s my temper and my anger and my anxiety that has held me back in life. You are such a brilliant astrologer. I have never heard before such a clear explanation of pluto square venus. My ex boyfriend has this and he was typically what you desrcibe here...selfish and never giving. He could become ice cold and made me feel guilty for nothing. In the end we broke up after i tried to be with him for a long time. So sad...he never understood when i tried to just explain things...when he got offended he did not speak to me for days. Pluto can be cruel and dead cold :(

A theme thats played out in my childhood (chiron/pluto 11th square venus/mercury moon and sun 8th) if i stick my neck out in groups for having strong reactions or expression i get teased/bullied. I would get absolutely livid and become violent if id had enough It became vicious cycle that im starting to realise i kind of perpetuate BUT our aspect brings out the dickhead in people for their entertainment where youre the brunt of the joke for being real with people in ways they dont like orthink is normal. I feel like its been a mis management of how i perceive anothers perception of me. Its stunted my ability to open up with people but has made me a much better person for it. In the end with this placement you become the most pure of heart.

I have this aspect in my natal chart, its very true what you said. I ve never had a good, stable relationship in terms of stable or true feeling towards another person.
I've commented on one of your Neptune vids before and I know this is an older interpretation now, but I just wanted to say what an accurate and unfortunately honest interpretation this is. I've got my Pluto in sag in an exact square to my Venus in Virgo (conjunct my mercury), and it feels like I can't bond with people normally. My friendships feel either combative or awkward, which granted I'm 17, but I also endlessly yearn over people who hardly even notice me. It's like i love those who are indifferent to me and hate those who love me. Anyways, thank you again, and keep up your clearly dedicated practice.

Hm,,spot on. I always remember an ex partner calling me "a terrorist of love". I had been wondering for years what he meant. I guess the video explains it all. ill also say that in some cases inner work is needed on a very consistent basis in order to overcome this, basically constantly checking yourself, developing a lot of emotional discipline. its extremely difficult but we have these hard aspects because they are lessons. if your desire to overcome this is strong you can do it.
Dead on!!!! I had to learn how to get out of my own way. I walk a very self aware line. It started with being responsible for the fact I was walking into my fears time after time. I have an abundance of love. I can be vulnerable and authentic without fear now.

I have venus conjunct moon and saturn in the 4th house in the sign of aquarius and pluto in the 2nd in scorpio and I feel this square energy internally very strongly. My self worth, thinking patterns, belief system, values, attachments, motives... are being tested and tested, it's so exhausting... emotionaly and mentally painful...
but this transformation is so needed for my soul and peace 🙏🏻
And because of all my inner blockages I couldn't even imagine being with someone. I am so stuck in my head and can fantasize about the the idea of loving someone/being loved until it felt distorted and strange. I had my lesson.

@@amanda-gq7sn I've never had a non platonic relationship either. I am 30yo. Is there anything else problematic in your chart when it comes to relationships/intimacy? For example I have Uranus, North Node and Neptune in 7th H and Saturn which rules my 7th H is in my 8th H. These are all very difficult placements indicating no intimate relationships and the best way to protect myself and keep my sanity is to completely avoid relationships.
Thanks for helping me understand my last relationship. He had it in the 7th at a critical degree. It’s taken me 2 years and still only getting over it now. Helps to understand from his point of view so I can feel empathy rather than resentful.
I wish I knew this earlier I might have been able to do better at showing how much I cared.

I think my Venus square Pluto qualities take effect now in my 20s. Because in my early years, I was a giver. I give more than I receive, but since failed friendships and relationships I don’t take interest in friendships anymore or relationships.

Same here. I was a giver and I flipped when T.Pluto got into my 7th H. I don't want to give to anyone anything and I didn't get anything so why give smth? Maybe a transit/progression activated it in your chart. Also I wasn't suspicious of cheating untill I saw that it haooens to everyone. So no relationships for me it's the best option.
I met a guy with this aspect and sun square pluto. Within two days he went from Mr. NIce Guy to the nutcase from the movie "Fatal Attraction".

I have this and my Pluto is in libra in the 2nd house 😂 a little on point. I am learning how to not project and also give without expectation as people always let me down. I think the over giver in this aspect is so they can have evidence of the person not being able to supply what is desired. I always feel that others don't give me what I need, I am not enough so I get a lot of these relationships. Just trying to find equilibrium of me giving and feeling good about that. Yes I am very picky and very prickly. With a very overactive Pluto I am also very jealous which I think is Pluto square Venus also the opposition.
This is not the best video to watch if you have this difficult and often times life destroying square in your natal chart. There is a lot of misplaced blame coming to Plutonians with this in this video, I feel. This approach makes us seem hopeless and almost not worthy of help because of how intensely we come across in relationships. I'm here to tell you that Plutonians with a venus square, there is not a damn thing wrong with you and your beautiful wounded selves. It is NOT always about you and how you affect people around you and I'm sure many of you are sick of being told you're the problem and you need to change and then experiencing the same type of relationship over and over again. It is NEVER just the fault of one person. And it doesnt always have to be Pluto causing the problems either! The pain comes from loss or abandonment ar a deep and subconscious level. We act out how we feel and it can be too much for some people. But please don't give up if you have this square and please don't blame yourself. We need all of our plutonians right now, wounded or not. 🧡🧡

My son has this aspect and hes the funniest, laid back passive person..Hes so charming and social and never fights with anyone..Hes also a cancer sun with libra rising too if that means anything..Hes not stingy at all..He does have problems managing money though..lol..

It's true, I do not fully invest in someone until trust is built enough with someone. If I know I mean something to someone I subconsciously give them less issues but this even takes 2 years to build that trust.
I have always had issues making friends and when meeting new people 9/10 they are standoffish towards me from the start which only makes me defensive. I recently had a breakthrough though after graduating college and im more giving and vulnerable! but I no longer have to deal with kids at school or family so it's safe to love now.
How did you arrive at your breakthrough, if I may ask?
I don't necessarily agree with this. I have this placement as well as Saturn conjunct venus - a double whammy, as they say -- but it's to my benefit.
I don't need to grill anybody -- they give me what they're willing to share, and they share a lot. I don't dupe anybody into an agreement or in a partnership or anything else in order to extract the information I need to determine if I think they're a good match -- they offer it up in conversations. They tell me they're not good for me in conversations. Even a person who isn't as well-versed shows their integrity by being honest, and most aren't. And yes, my conversations could be construed as leading, but it's them I want to know, not what I can gather to attack them - that's puerile and sneaky. I just let them go, if they're not a match.
People who are scared are scared of me because _they_ have something to hide - not the other way around - so it's best they stay where they are and not anywhere near me. No arguments, no combat, just hello and stay in your corner.
I want to be loved and appreciated for whom I am, but I am not. Does that mean I have to manipulate them to see that? No, I don't - they have to see it for themselves, but I'll be damned if they're getting a free ride on my heart while they make up their minds. Willingness and consent are everything. I'll pursue what I want that is important to me, but I won't convince a man that I'm worth it - he has to see that for himself.
wow this comment is right on for me I practice Buddhism so I'm really detached from this world starting to realize impermanence in everything so manipulating people is a very low and inappropriate thing to do and useless I've been on the negative side of this aspect but now i feel like I'm on the more positive this aspect is Awesome wants you come out of the shadows : )

I have the same placement and yes I feel as if I really just size people up and I'm very conflict driven. This astrologer is very negative about this placement. We may be guarded but bc our hearts are things we hide deep but when we are vulnerable we are all in and there's no going back. We also see the vulnerabilities in other people and love them for their shortcomings and are not dissuaded by imperfection. We find flaws endearing... I think... We know that is ultimately what is real about the human condition.

I have this aspect ( Venus in virgo 4th ). But the other aspects in my chart talks about that I have a Giving nature because I feel too much guilty (that isn't mine , pluto chiron mercury conjunct in the 6th) and I don't feel good in the role of the feminine ( Moon in Aries 11th ). The problems in my relationshipis sometimes were because I was too giving and never feel like I needed something back . But yes is true sometimes i'm defensive i thought people will hurt me so i end the relationship in advance. I hate feeling vulnerable , but I don't project any of this , I had always see myself as an unavailable emotional person. But now I can change all of this take my power back and be myself.

I've loved your Pluto series, Jewel, and Neptune as well; sadly, they're both all up in my business where relationships are concerned, or, more accurately, why mine rarely last. Now I know "why me?", and I don't feel a need to defend about the way I am because it's really not my fault -- that I live in my own world, which I see through rose colored glasses, and I do attract the very people I don't want around cuz they take advantage of me -- which is my fault because I really do see people as I want them to be, not as they are, which leads to my not discerning malintent, or feeling certain there's good intent where there is none. The hard part is now, I have to triple-think every single opinion I have, every conclusion or decision I make, and test them for objectivity somehow. I can't trust myself to be right -- about any damn thing, but mostly about people. Maybe next you could do a series on something called a "mystic rectangle", sometimes Lucifer's rectangle (I think) if the corners are all in earth signs (?? something like that). I understand it creates a challenging aspect, having to do with balance, self starting, something like that. I'm wondering because my son's chart (he's 21) has like, 6 of them almost direct atop each other, barely fanned out, and that's a lot of challenges. And he does have trouble with motivating himself, and I can't find anything more on those aspects anywhere so I won't be able to know what areas my son might need my support more than others. He'll never ask for anything.

@@goognoog392my ex with this placement did this. when he lost his job i started paying for dates… over time he felt entitled to this, and outside of dates would ask me to send him money for gas and food, and if i didn’t he would give me the silent treatment. he took my virginity so i was unhealthily attached and in love so i did it. if i ever dared even question his behavior, he would block for 3-4 days at a time then come back like nothing happened. if i dared ask why he would block me for basically no reason he would do it again. after 2 years together this girl messaged me with screenshots of how he cheated. 1 month after we started dating he slept with her, and a few weeks later he proceeded to take my virginity. and then financially abused me for two years. when i texted him the girls message and asked what’s up? is this true? he immediately blocked me without a word. we never had an actual break up. the second i confronted him he silently disappeared like a ghost… after 2 whole years together. truly evil and sick man.
karma is real though. he gained 30 lbs after we broke up. he always had a phobia about weight gain and being unattractive. he deserves it.

I feel like my entire chart is the 8th house crap-I have 4 objects (3 planets and 1 asteroid) there. This aspect, venus (7th) opposite moon (1st) and that forms a T-Square with Pluto, because the Moon squares pluto as well…And my Saturn in 1st doesn’t help. Almost all of my personal planets are difficulty aspected! I’m guessing my chart is very “karmic”.
I am very angry about 2nd and 7th house stuff-someone I loved as a child hurt me so much and told me lies that hurt all of the relationships I had and caused me to believe things about every other relationship that was important to me. I don’t blame myself for believing the lies, since I was a young child. So I did learn that love is a limited resource. This has been a great source of pain and trauma for me. There has always been a lot of emotional uncertainty. Of all the help I’ve sought out, meditation has helped the most.
That being said, I am not very sarcastic. I think that sarcasm is contemptuous and a way to avoid being earnest and honest. Don’t get me wrong, when I was younger I definitely was, but someone called me out on it and that helped me to change.

cashual k Venus is exalted (benefited?) in Pisces at least. It could be, at its worst, delusional or assuming about relationships. Or attracting people with those qualities. But at its best, highly romantic and dreamy. I almost feel Pisces is a more flaky energy tho, even more than Aquarius! And my sun, Mercury, and Venus are in Aquarius! Pisces is prepared to ghost someone unexpectedly. Because of “being emo and unavailable”; Aquarius will seem disinterested, or picky af.. but at the end of the day, both desire intimacy and companionship.
