    I have a 2000 4.7 with the same lift setup and front drive shaft. I had the DC shaft balanced but still having the same issue as you.

      It can be quite a challenge to get the pinion angle shallow enough while still keeping the castor angle such that your steering isn't super twitchy. On our ZJ with a 3.5" lift shown elsewhere on the channel, we had to balance the driveshaft and then it was fine. Since you've already tried that, we'd suggest adjusting the front control arms to bring the pinion angle down. Ideally it will point right at the transfer case. If you can make that adjustment and keep the caster such that your steering is ok, you should be golden. Good luck!

    oh yes you can go further with that driver side control arm bushing. I found out and had to replace my axle housing because of it. I damn near broke my press doing it but by God I did it.

      Haha man vs machine huh? We recall we had issues with that after the video, if we recall correctly we did end up going in there and putting it in further. Dr. Torque would know. But thanks for the comment!
