Super useful video! Could you do a video for the following please? A levels recommended for College to do medicine at Manchester Things you did in college/year 11 that contributed in medicine at Manchester Thank you!
Hi Hiba, I was wondering what resource you can use to know what relevant examinations you should do after taking a history. e.g. when to do focused cranial nerve examinations, upper limb neurological examination along with other indicated examinations such as otoscopy. I hope my question makes sense. Thank you again:)
Hi Lisa, sorry for missing this comment earlier. I hope exams this year went well. Are you a student at Manchester? If so, we have a clinical examination booklet that may help. Otherwise, the Macleod's clinical examination books are the best and most thorough out there.
Hi!! This was a brilliant video as always :) I have a question specific for UOM if you wouldn't mind answering, which of the 4 base hospitals that are allocated for clinical years is known to have the better teaching/learning environment?
Hi, thank you! ☺️ and no I don’t mind answering at all! All of the base hospitals are really good and differences are quite minor. As well as this, there can be lots of differences between student clinical experience even at the same base hospital. I will go into a lot more detail in my next video which is going to be a UOM specific Q&A, and this is a really popular question!
Thank you for uploading ❤️
