  • Hey everyone! This video is a guide to where you can apply with a low UCAT score, updated for 2023-2024 applicants. It feels like yesterday that I was sitting the exam myself, and I remember how frustrating it was, vividly! I hope this video can help lessen that slightly.

      Hi, I'm sorry I hadn't seen your comment earlier. How did the application process go? Whether or not you need to do IELTS is different for every university and depends whether you graduated from an English-speaking university in your country.

    Hey! I just sat the UCAT exam and scored a 3030, however my home uni is UQ and they don’t favour their own students. Do you think this UCAT would be substantial to get into any other UNIs?

    • @hibbear
      @hibbear  11 месяцев назад +1

      Absolutely. I think this is a competitive score

      3030 is so good! My ucat is in two weeks time, my first full mock I got 2450 😭😂

    Hi i got 2710 on my ucat but band 3 on my sjt. How much will my sjt hinder my application?

      Hi, I apologise that I did not see this comment before the deadline. SJT of 3 means a lot of the time band 1/2 will be prioritised but it's better than a 4 and it is certainly still possible to get a place in medical school. How did the application process go?

    Hi, my son scored 2430 and band 3 in SJT. He has applied to Cardiff, QUB, Aston, St gorges uni of london, does he hold chances of being invited to an interview?

    • @hibbear
      @hibbear  8 месяцев назад

      Hi, it is certainly possible but also depends on the other components of his application such as GCSE/A-level grades.

      You have a great score and grades. I think you would get an interview from most universities

      UCAT is a computer-based test and there may be an approved centre in your country however you will need to find this information on the UCAT official website/email the team if this information is not readily available
