Leaning into "eldritch angel" influences for Dizzy was a really smart move, since it lets us see more of what Gears can look like and perfectly fits the idea of her being inhuman yet benevolent. I've always thought that Strive Dizzy would be more in control of her wings, commanding and working with them instead of being dragged around. I could totally see her having a Respect animation where Necro tries to pull the same trick he did for her Xrd Instant Kill, trying to distract her so he can nuke the opponent with a Gamma Ray, only for Dizzy to interrupt him with a slap and a stern motherly scolding.
Even if I think someone like Azrael fits more to the aesthetic of Strive while Susanoo/Terumi(Install?) being who I want to interact with Raven if he gets in too...
As much as i am kinda sad the guest isnt ragna im super interested to see how lucy plays also Unika's weapon looks so sick kinda looks like a charge blade or switch axe IM LOCKED IN‼️

@BlamedAxis see that's the thing with guest characters. You want them to make sense and seem fitting for the series they're coming over to. And ragna, well he's legit the only one I can of think that makes sense. Plus it also connects the guilty gear universe with blazblue something that makes perfect sense when you realise the backyard and the boundary can basically be considered the same thing if you squint slightly

I'm not against guests but i prefer choices that come from games. Not need to be only fighting games, but not beyond games. Still, ideally try to make room for fighting games first if possible. And TK was exactly a bad example in that sense imo, because after the excellent first move of taking in SF and KOF guests, they went after notable franchises like Final Fantasy... when it would have been better (just not business wise) to complete the fg package with Virtua Fighter and Soul Calibur (or Dead or Alive in case the two dev teams dont hate each other anymore). That would have been a great achievement in classic fg history, but the company went for what's trendy instead. So yeah, i'd like that fg companies put other fg franchises in first place as much as possible.

I'm interested to se what they do with venom, taken his whole ordeal with the detached head of robo-ky... I was kinda thinking they wouldn't include him as playable at all, though if that ever not to be the case, have the story centered around him getting a new body for robo-ky, and then have his head floating around during his intro sequence or taunt maybe? Hell, maybe I'm blind and enough time in the story has passed to where vevom could have goten the money needed from his bakery to get robo-ky a new body, so that it at least makes sense if he became playable again... Though, we'll just have to wait and see how much the developers are willing to acknowledge the events of Xrd when venom is out.

@@Ozrom3 They put the wrong Guess character in because she doesn't fit with Guilty Gear AT ALL. Cyberpunk 2077 has a dubstep aesthetic, Guilty Gear has a heavy metal one. That's why you see all the characters wearing built and whatnot.
