That square blade looks like Paleo or late Paleo. And I think you are right about the clovis point. I can see what you mean by the base but I do see the one point at the base. Great finds and good luck in 2018!!

Artifacts over sheds anyday. The graham cave sure makes a nice centerpiece, what a creek find. The celt your grandpa gave you looks like hematite material, nice piece. Happy hunting.
That piece you say is up for debate about being a Clovis is not debatable. The only artifact that has overshot flaking is Clovis. That is overshot. It's damaged but a find of a lifetime. Also the little one you call a Hardin in there is a Holland. I'll bet the base is super ground. My buddy Stacy Sievers in Mt. Pleasant is very good at typing. Been studying midwest artifacts for 52 years. I have probably 500+ whole points and my Dad has more. Almost all from Appanoose, Davis, Wapello and Monroe counties in Iowa and Putnam and Schyler counties in Missouri. I Also did some digging around Madisonville Kentucky in some caves. You do have some super artifacts. I'll try to get to some shows this year and maybe we can bullshit a while. Spend most of my damn time at the pig slaughter house. 2nd shift safety manager. Good luck....
What an amazing year! Thanks for sharing! Also..thanks for keeping it clean! I can watch this video with my family and not hear profanity. I am a new subscriber to your site. Am looking forward to new finds this year!

I enjoyed the overview that is the largest shed collection I have ever seen you almost have a large population of deer amazing looking forward to your future videos
Paulette Campbell actually we have had a below average deer population for like the last ten years, for my area at least. EHD wiped out the deer numbers are stronger than ever now though. I just shed hunt a lot lol.
Nice. Looks an awful lot like pieces that I have been collecting for almost 50 years. Pretty sure we hunt the same basic area. SE Iowa I take It? Types and materials are the same. I live in Ottumwa at the moment but most of my collection came from Appanoose Co and Putnam Co Missouri. Good luck in 2018.
I'M HOOKED!! this is too cool! I'm a new subscriber, and all ready planning my first trip! WHERE is the best place for an amateur to start?? I'm in northern Wisc.-found one last yr.-in a road cut!! That was it for me! Superior agates are gonna be on the back burner, this yr. Lol😉you sure have a GREAT collection going!!
+Steven Alford neither have I it's archery season lol! If you could please drop a like I'd really appreciate helps my channel grow. And good luck this year to you, hope you have a very blessed year!
+Steven Alford that's awesome man congrats on your bucks! I did kill a nice nine pointer in bow season. I changed my profile picture to him so you could see.
That “piece of ground” stuck in that one point could be remnants of the material used for hafting. Just dirt would eventually soften up if you soaked it in something.
+James Fass I think you're right, another youtube on here told me it's called asphaltum or "pitch" which they used for hating. And there was some of it on the face of the point and it came off within a day or two after I found it. But I did some research and from what I found it's only documented on points and other artifacts on the coast not common to find in Iowa the heat of the US.
True pitch can also be made from pine sap. Doesn't have to be petroleum based. I've seen a few points around here that were black stained in the batting area.
+Gary Harter it's not an adze, based on the way the bit is made it doesn't resembles an adze bit. Thanks for the Input and thanks for watching my friend!
Awesome artifacts dude! That graham cave is a beauty! Shed collection is amazing too! Rjk. Wisc.

Your large scraper that's finely made looks like Prairie du Chien Chert. What material is it? I hunt fields in West Central Wisconsin. Great finds!
Celt
