Wow man, was surprised and excited to see a new posting from you! It has been a while. Really nice artifacts as usual. Seems that you are blessed with the ability to find awesome pieces. I am too old and sick to look for myself anymore, so I spend time on RUclips watching all the videos from those who can and do! Thank You and GO HAWKS
Great video. I have been collecting stone tools for over 50 years and have recently made a video to share what I have learned. It's good to know that others share my passion for history told through stone tools. All we have to do is let the stone speak to us. We just need to learn how to listen.
.Wow folks that place is paradise. they are sensational finds. Lanceolate, triangular concave base, drill, wow great diversity and beautiful pieces. G10 KILLERS WOW. Greetings and blessings.
Different colors of stone used. Smallest perfect. Some like tools in hand others for stabbing for food catch.... unbelievable workmanship no matter which one found. So many people then surrounding areas had to eat.......just unbelievable so many there. I would be on my knees digging, sifting digging sifting. Probably walk-in right over them all & more.......ashes to ashes dust to dust.....remnants if life well lived.
do you ever find any axe heads? im in central iowa and walk the skunk river and another small river here to fish for smallies and im always looking but i can never find anything lol i found a neat cresant moon shapped scraper and ive found acouple broke of tips but thats it lol. i know of one other spot my dad found a nice like 6 inch blade years ago at and a couple other points in the same spot but i have yet to go to it lol i need to get out there
Just found my first two Iowa points today, super stoked. What’re the regulations for keeping points in Iowa? I’m assuming they have to be on private property if you want to keep them but idk at this point because I’m new to the hobby.
What location are you in? Or around what town? Used to be in Central Iowa. Now I'm in SW Iowa closer to Missouri border. Not sure where to even go around here!
Janetta Blakey I tried to watch a video the other day I could hear him but could not see it I stopped the video and clicked back on it and it showed up did you try that
Killers! You got some nice lookin gravel bars there. Good luck

A great bunch of points! The Big Sandy, birdpoint, and Dalton are especially nice. You hit the streams at exactly the right time.

You never stop seeming to amaze! I can just imagine how many brokes you find to get that many awesome artifacts. Great hunting!
Lol a handful but I'd say 75% of the stuff I find is whole. "Knock on wood" haha
@@HoytGrooms thats pretty amazing! I'd say 95% of what I find is broke. Sometimes it takes a min to put together a video.
@@bottomjon9933 same with us😂 we say 95%+ is a frame maker

Where at in iowa ? Im I. Cedar Rapids and I find them all the time at Ellis park and prairie park fishery
What location are you in? Or around what town? Used to be in Central Iowa. Now I'm in SW Iowa closer to Missouri border. Not sure where to even go around here!
I'm in southern iowa, have you ever heard of the nodaway river?
It's pretty strange how many full points he finds in a creek I've did it for years you find hundreds of broken before one good one.
@johnschade90 I only walk one creek for 10 years now. I've only found 1 broke out of it, and countless whole points. It's all about where you hunt.
Bull shit
Killa stuff!
Thanks!
Make a sifter. You'll find tons!
Awesome points brother. What state are you in? Ohio, Illinois?
U missed one when picked up number three
Man im from right yhere in cantril. You found a honey hole my man

I’d call that Covet Creek
Many different covet creeks
Hmmmm
Over here hunting the along the Missouri in South Dakota and the hunting is not this good 😂
Hahaha I think I make the hunting look good.
@@HoytGrooms that could be 😂 anyways if you find yourself in the South Dakota area I do know some spots 🤫🤣
It's creek....like leak. Not crick.
I prefer to say crick, and Idc if Its not correct English.
Well, Idc if you don't care....it's still Creek. @@HoytGrooms
Lmao if u lived in the Midwest, you’d understand @@BillfromtheHill
How do you spell "crick"? Because if you mean "creek" it is NOT SPELLED "crick" and I find it beyond annoying! ! ! !
