    Air Compressor Tank should be check and inspected by authorised competent person to ensure that the fitness of the tank are in good working condition to prevent tank explodes if the machine is to be re-used again. Good job man.

    I love watching your videos ,no drama just great videos of a person who has great skills working with minimal tools.
    Your videos are some of the best on any site I watch on utube. But the compressor for its size with 3 cylinders to compress air didn't build up much air pressure.

    Hey everybody if you think all the beginnings of these videos are fake, Well your right. It's kind of a just imagine walking down the road and in the bush I spotted a whatever it is. Please, we are ready know they are staged. No need to point out the obvious. Its a decent channel. Quit knocking them down for trying to have an imagination already. Thank you. Respectfully.

    Muito bom.
    Somente sugestões::
    Não se bate diretamente em rolamentos.
    Brunir camisas dos cilindros motor e compressor...
    Usar óleo para montar as peças pistões e cilindros.
    E pra finalizar nas conexões flangeadas das tubulações de ar não se usa fita veda rosca, não tem nenhum efeito.
    Abraço

    • @william6526
      @william6526 Год назад +2

      I don't think he did,for a compressor this size it didn't build very much air pressure. I'd be interested to see how much pressure it will build and hold after running 5 minutes. As rusted as those cylinders were I'm pretty sure it's got blow by issues.

      за такой некачественный ремонт надо руки отрывать! подшипники заменили с помощью молотка😂, весь инструмент один молоток! нет сьемников, и остального инструмента. Поршень зарядили кольцами с помощью отвертки. Ужасный ремонт, некачественный. Цилиндр ржавый был при сборке. В общем просто почистили и покрасили. это не ремонт а просто переборка кое как😂😂😂. я такому мастеру не доверил бы даже детский велосипед!!!

    Ремонт с использованием кувалды, молотка и такой то матери, смотрю и плачу, как это все не разлетелось, видно изначально вложили в детали максиум прочности, чтобы в последствии такие реставраторы могли от души лупить по ним тяжёлыми предметами

    Cylinder sleeves on well used air compressors(or ones sitting out in the weather for 25 years) are always the first to get worn(or rusted) and cause little air compression, maybe new rings on the pistons will hold for a few uses but not for long.Why not just get them bored out at a machine shop if you're going to all this trouble.
    I call this guy the paint mechanic,make it look pretty and it fixes any piece of junk!!

    Great clean up and reassemble job, but c’mon guys. That’s a full workshop compressor, surely you could have run some heavier hose and a one inch impact on a few huge rusted truck lug nuts to give it a workout?! It’s a little big to be using to fill up tires or soccer balls isn’t it? I’ll give you one 👍🏼 for the restoration, but you’d have to prove it’s worth for the other one😉

    Just a suggestion get a dead blow hammer with a lead or copper head for pounding in the race ball bearings. Pipe of a similar size to the shaft is better than a driver. When you assemble the pistons you were putting in the gudgeon pins while the piston was contacting the steel bench. Take more care and you will get more respect.
