    PS - I think it's well overdue to conduct another (major) study using a group of people micro needling, using oils etc etc....because some 'study' done on 2005, or 2012 with a dozen participants just doesn't cut it now in my view :)

    Hi Imane, I just want to say first that watching your videos has changed everything for me in my hair-loss journey. Thank you so much and blessings! From watching your previous vids, I have used black seed oil & fenugreek oil, but have you abandoned those and are now using THIS oil? -Or is it in addition to it all? Peace! :)

      Hey there! 😊 Oh, I totally understand your frustration. You're right, I did mention Koi Beauty dermarollers in a previous video, great recall! But I understand if you are having trouble finding them or any 1.5mm dermarollers around. From my experience, this journey of fighting hair loss naturally and holistically is very much about patience and resilience. On my website thereisbia.com/, I offer my own brand's super roots hair oil, which includes rosemary oil. It's been heaven-sent for my hair journey. Thanks for your comment, it's sparked an idea for future video content! 💖

    hi imane, do you put on the hair oil immediately after derma rolling? if there is pinpoint bleeding, should i clean my scalp first before applying the oil? your videos really helped me with my hair loss so thank you so much! ❤

      Hi there! 🌸 I'm so happy to hear my videos have helped with your hair loss journey - that's why I love what I do! Good question, after derma rolling, I do recommend waiting until the pinpoint bleeding stops. Let your scalp heal naturally for a day before you apply the super roots hair oil. This routine helps me a lot! All my recommended products are from my brand BIA, feel free to check them out at thereisbia.com/. Keep up your amazing progress! 💪♀️

    hello Imane, I absolutely love love your advice and energy, they have been a great help for me to kinda accept my hair loss at 19 too (Im still very far from accepting)..I have the same back story with dermatologists, pcos and AA..I just wanted to know whether the hair loss was progressive or there was a specific period when you kinda lost it "all at once" ? bcs I really can't say whether it s pcos, chronic stress and anxiety or a telogen efflivium ( or all combined)and I kinda need some guidance with that ( even my dermatologist couldn't provide me with it) ..I have been trying to regrow it little by little since 6 months or so and I ve seen no results I just start to think that maybe that's it for me I'm meant to turn bald (I really have a hard time saying it)..it used to be quite thick and beautifully curled and now all I see in the mirror is my scalp and damaged little stands..I always notice people staring at it, even friends, family or hairstylists ( I can't even get a haircut anyways ) tell me to "fix it",as If I can...Having dermatitis seborrehic doesn't help either , it keeps on falling on clumps and I recently read how hair oiling can be bad for dematitis (at least for the oils for hair growth )so I m really confused should I just keep on oiling and "worsening my dermatitis" and still get hair loss or what ?
    Thank you so much

      Hi lovely 💕, thank you for sharing your journey with me, I can truly understand how tough and confusing this can be. I've experienced periods of progressive hair loss and sudden hair loss too. It differed according to the root cause and handling stress was an integral part of lessening the hair loss intensity. I also battled with PCOS and AA, so it's hard to pinpoint which caused the most damage.
      In terms of oiling, I personally swear by Super Roots oil from Bia, it includes rosemary oil which can promote hair growth. However, since you have seborrheic dermatitis, I suggest consulting your dermatologist, although natural oils are usually well-tolerated.
      Remember, hair regrowth is a marathon, not a sprint. It took me some time before I noticed any improvements, so hang in there. You're genuinely stronger than you perceive, love! As for dealing with others' gaze or comments, try deflecting the negativity and embrace your journey to recovery. Don't forget, you're not alone! 💚

    Can i use Rosemary oil with darmaroller

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  4 месяца назад +1

      Hey lovely! 💖 using rosemary oil with a dermaroller can be incredibly beneficial for promoting hair growth. As it stimulates blood circulation, the dermaroller can help the nutrients in the rosemary oil penetrate deeper into your scalp. I'd suggest using a 1.5mm dermaroller for optimal results! Just please remember, safety first - don't overdo it and give your scalp time to heal between sessions. Visit thereisbia.com/ and check out our Super Roots Hair Oil which has rosemary and other amazing natural ingredients. Keep shining! 🌷

      Hello there! 😊 Thanks for tuning in and posing such a thoughtful question! I understand, and I'm really sorry to hear about your previous bad experiences with heavy oils. I've found that the Super Roots Hair Oil I promote (available at Bia) is not too heavy for my hair. It's infused with rosemary oil, a natural remedy known to help stimulate hair follicles. However, everyone's hair is different. So, if you're after something lighter, I suggest you try 1.5mm dermarollers from my Bia brand which can help rejuvenate the scalp. Sending love your way! 💕

    Can you make a video on how to use scalp massager for maximum results

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  4 месяца назад +1

      Hey there! Absolutely love this question!❤️ In fact, using a scalp massager effectively can boost your hair health drastically. Its main mechanism is to enhance scalp blood circulation leading to more nourishment for the follicles. I'm surely going to create a detailed video about it! Meanwhile, remember to be gentle and consistent for best results. I personally find using it in combination with my super roots hair oil from Bia (thereisbia.com/) just before bedtime, works wonders. Stay tuned! 🎥🍃

    Dear Imane, so you keep your oil on the scalp for 72 hours ? Since you recommend not washing your hair 72 hours after microneedling ? 😘

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  4 месяца назад

      Hey lovely, that's right! After microneedling, I do recommend waiting 72 hours before washing your hair. This gives your scalp time to heal and do its magic! 😊 Now, let's talk about oil. The Super Roots Hair Oil from my brand Bia (thereisbia.com/) is infused with rosemary oil, which I use personally. I generally massage it into my scalp whenever I experience dryness or discomfort, not necessarily after every microneedling session. Everybody’s scalp is different so listen to yours and see what works best for you. Keep rocking that hair journey, Imane! 💪💚

      Hi there, tenderhead. 😊 I can totally sympathize with you as I also felt the same initially! I personally use an all-natural Aloe Vera gel before my derma rolling sessions-it has wonderful soothing and numbing properties. Please ensure it's as pure as possible and free from additives. Also, start slow with your 1.5mm dermaroller from Bia (thereisbia.com/), which I always recommend, and gradually build your tolerance. You'll get the hang of it soon, stay strong! 💪

    Hi imane, is it true that if you use dermaroller for long term it will cause permanent hair loss???

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  4 месяца назад

      Hey Imane 🌼, great question! The long-term use of a dermaroller like the 1.5mm can actually stimulate hair growth by activating the body's healing response. It's all about healthy and consistent use - not overdoing it and giving your scalp time to heal between sessions. Just like how we approach hair loss naturally at BIA, using science as our guide. If you're mindful, it shouldn't cause hair loss. Remember to nourish your locks with naturally-beneficial ingredients like rosemary oil in our super roots hair oil. Happy rolling, dear! 💕

    Is it okay to apply oil on scalp and wash hair everyday or it will cause hairfall. Why i have more hair shedding when apply oil on scalp

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  4 месяца назад

      Hey there! 🌸 As someone who's also gone through hair loss, I totally understand your concerns. Applying oil to your scalp can actually strengthen your hair roots, and washing your hair daily doesn't necessarily cause hair fall. You might experience shedding because the oil stimulates your scalps, releasing the hair that was already about to fall off.
      You might like to try my super roots hair oil from BIA. It has Rosemary oil which has been shown to promote hair growth! Combine it with a 1.5mm dermaroller for maximum impact. Remember, everyone's hair journey is unique, so do what feels right for yours. You got this! 💖

    • @ImaneBelle
      @ImaneBelle  4 месяца назад +1

      Hey Imane! 🌼 Great question! From my personal journey, I understand why you'd be curious. Titanium needles are known for their durability, but they can also lead to more skin damage over time compared to stainless steel needles like the ones in Bia's 1.5mm derma roller. Science also taught me that absorption of nourishing ingredients from natural solutions like our Super Roots Hair Oil (has rosemary oil) can be more efficient with stainless steel needles. I hope this helps clarify! 💛

      @ImaneBelle  4 месяца назад

      Hi there! It's great you're using a dermaroller for your hair! 🙌 From my own experience and some scientific studies as well, it's been found that a 1.5mm dermaroller may give more noticeable results. This is because it penetrates the scalp a bit deeper to stimulate hair growth. It's all about finding what works best in your personal hair journey. For more natural products, I do recommend checking out my Super Roots Hair Oil from my brand BIA (thereisbia.com/), which features rosemary oil known to promote hair growth too.
