Girl, you have to try these tips for more safe and natural remedies.
1-try drinking rosemary tea once or twice a week.
2-never skip scalp message do it daily, with inversion method or bamboo brush or your fingers
3- take pumpkin seed oil supplement with collagen & biotin
4-make sure to get scalp detox every now & then & double cleanse with shampoo

WTF is scalp detox? What kind of toxins could you possibly believe are being removed?
I would advise anyone who is thinking of trying this, to do a derma roller patch test to find out if their scalp is sensitive to this procedure. Some people may not be aware that they could have scalp sensitivity or an underlying scalp issue. Please be very careful people. If anyone's hair is falling out after derma rollering, i would stop with the procedure. If it continues to fall out over a long length of time. Seek professional medical advice.

Hi Imane. I have your 1.5mm derma roller but I can't seem to achieve redness or pin point bleeding, even if I go over the same area many times with pressure. However, my skin feels sore later.

I believe the recommended amount is once a week.
Will the bleeding leave scars??
It shouldn't leave scars. Be sure to read up on proper technique. And never do it too frequently.
Is derma stamp better than derma roller?
Yes, less painful & won’t be worrying about cutting your hair unless you want a short haircut

I bought your derma roller 1.5mm one month ago. I do microneedling on my temple area of head once a week with Minoxidil 5 percent and I am on week 5. So I recently noticed that my temple area is shedding It's like the area that I want to grow hair but it's reducing. Is that normal?
No. A dermatologist or even a hair transplant specialist would tell you that doing that irritates and also causes trauma to the scalp. Stimulation or blood flow is not what will help hair regrow. It's allll hereditary. And the more you put trauma to your scalp with things like laser...needles...I
That's trauma. The more your hair will thin and shed. I'm upset she have spoken to plenty people including hair transplant specialist yet she's telling people to use a dermoroller.

The needles stich holes into the hair, it could break off
Try using the dermastamp instead. Perhaps your existing hair is being removed by the dermaroller. Dermastamp doesn't do that.
