  • Over the past six months I have gone through the egg donation process. I wanted to share with you the good, the bad, and the ugly! This process was by far easy. The hormones made me...well... hormonal. The shots didn't feel great, made me bruise, and I had allergic reactions. With all of that being said, the process was well worth it. I am so grateful to have been able to donate my eggs to a family in need. A family that longs to have a baby. I can't imagine struggling with infertility like too many women have. I hope you enjoy watching my journey and if you have any questions, please leave them in the comments below!

    You’re incredible, 27 eggs! Thank you for sharing your journey. I always wanted to be a surrogate since I was young. Unfortunately I’ve been ttc for almost 6 years (it’s not me) so I definitely still could, just want one more child. Blessed to have my 8 year old son though!

      DonutsandBooks Dawn wow that’s incredible. I don’t think I could ever be a surrogate, but I envy women that can! Such an incredible thing, Mama’s helping Mama’s! 💜

    hi, m thinking for egg donation, my application is approved and they sent me blood test requisition,,my biggest concern is about side effects, I heard that these shots may have severe effects like cancer, blood clots, rupture of ovaries and more, please help me

    • @Julieryantiffany
      @Julieryantiffany  Месяц назад +1

      I had asked them and they told me there are no known side effects. So I’m not sure where you got that information from? I’m not a doctor though so I would ask to be sure.

    • @Julieryantiffany

      Julie and Ryan how much did you make on your first donation or does it depend on how many eggs you donate

    • @Julieryantiffany
      @Julieryantiffany  4 года назад +1

      In the state of NY and the area I donated in you don’t make very much money. I know other states are different and you can get more depending on how many eggs they retrieve.
