I fish that exact same spot squid sardines anchovies will get you a lot of rays. I got most my sharks off herring or salmon belly

Been fishing the bay on shore the last 2 years. Nothing but sharks, sting rays and 10 or less stripers with less than 5 halibuts. Moving here was a disappointment in fishing. The San Jaquan river is better fishing but the bay is no good 😢
