I’m from SF. I used to live in the the Mission Bay condos and I Iived on King/3rd above the Safeway. That area is mostly vey cold, windy or foggy, even on sunny days. Lots of car and foot traffic from the 49er/Giants games or pier festivals but great for people watching. Nice bars, cafes and great views for new years and July 4th fireworks. It’s a total concrete jungle, public trans or Uber is best, as parking is scarce. The homeless aren’t leaving anytime soon but it’s very cosmopolitan, which I loved.
Here's a video we did on it ruclips.net/video/en9McYfJAhM/видео.htmlsi=y3lHZLabkk5Y7Gki. Happy to get you in for a tour as well or answer any questions you have about the building
Great presentation of a great neighborhood! However, there's no such thing as a basketball "stadium" -- there are called "arenas." And it's Chase Center, not Chase stadium.
Really congested with traffic of people, cars, animals, noise, buildings, unless you are used to it. For someone who lived in SB, it is hard to breath in SF.
I would hate living there. I have a TIC in Cole Valley and I love it; I can walk out my door & get on the N Judah which will take me downtown in 20 minutes. Plus it feels like a real community here, and we're right near Golden Gate Park.
Some of the best weather for sure, and the buildings are so stunning in South Beach
Agreed!
Best weather compared to what? SF is generally cold.
Lots of helpful info! Thanks for this video!!
You're welcome :)

Love living in SB!
"Downtown" in SF has a bad reputation! But there's so much good...

Thank you for watching and for the feedback
Just came from Downtown SF, never forget the smell of the streets!😂

It's not for everyone! SB is beautiful!
I lived in Tokyo, it is probably 20 times bigger than SF and Tokyo has some breathtaking architecture but It is a concrete jungle.

I love Cole Valley!
I love SF. Has a great history
Agree! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Pretty steep price for that tiny cramped condo with no outdoor space.
Yep! SF definitely is expensive!
SF - Sodoma and Gomora , no thanks.
I feel like Im watching an ad....Im out!
This woman could be selling LA. Yuck…
I moved out of SOMA after 2 years
The city is super expensive and extremely dirty and disgusting
Soma is having a rough time for sure. Some parts are better than others but many parts are struggling for sure:(.
