Today's training session is a 45 seconds of work/15 seconds of rest interval for 2 rounds (there's a break between round 1 & 2). Here is the full circuit...
1. Standing Hip Flexion Hold (Right Side)
2. Anterior Lunge To Skip (Right Side)
3. Standing Hip Flexion Hold (Left)
4. Anterior Lunge To Skip (Left Side)
5. Push Ups + Sit Outs (3 Reps each, alternate)
6. KB Swings
7. Hollow Hold + Band Pull Apart
8. Hip Thrust w/ Band External Rotation
9. Walkout To Push Up
10. Straight Leg Hip Bridge Marching
11. Band Bicep Curls
Rest for up to 2 minutes and repeat for another round.
After that you'll do a 20 seconds of work/40 seconds of rest interval twice (2x) through for the following exercises (for a total of 6 minutes):
1. Lateral Slides
2. Skater Jumps
3. High Knees
