- Trying out rolling anti lag for the first time on my 2017 BMW M240i !! This rolling anti lag feature is through MHD set to 12 psi and I’m currently running Stage 2 91oct in this video. ITS INSANE - I’m already tempted to do this every time I drive now😂

Definitely have done it, but what is your exhaust setup? Rn I have vrsf catless Downpipe and stock mids and muffler.
@@RoyaleTEntertainment hahah yeah I feel like most people try it a lot sooner than I did once they’re tuned. I’m currently running AWE Cat-back exhaust with VRSF downpipe

Rolling anti lag is awesome, great for roll racing some of those big power domestic V8s.
Do you have any numbers on what these M240is can do in the 1/4 mile?
I’ve only ever hit the strip once myself but I ran an 11.7 and I’m RWD, which I know with even better tires you can get mid 11’s and the xdrive run low 11’s or even high 10’s with the right setup as well

I really like your POV, I wanted to ask you a question. What is the first things to look at when visiting a B58 engine, never been close to one and I am about to buy a 340i or 440i very soon? I wanted a real experience from someone so I know when I am next to one to make sure I'll look somewhere properly not clueless 😅
@@anatolimitkov3976 overall B58’s are pretty reliable even when they’re high mileage or driven pretty hard so you don’t have to worry about too much but some things i would make sure is that they have a history of maintenance and what has been done or needs to be done soon. Also, I think the quality of the interior and exterior says a lot of how good a car was treated or neglected, especially the interior since you can’t expect the exterior to always be perfect. And just for safe keeping check oil level and coolant level

Hey man I got the VRSF catless on my 240 but I got bad wastegate rattle under load at low RPM. Do you have this issue? I may have to get MHD to reduce it..
Dang I’ve never had that issue to be honest, but I’ve heard of a few people run into that problem on group forums so I’d recommend looking there and around online for possible fixes before spending the money on a new tuning platform because maybe there is an easy fix

If you’re looking for sound I believe BMS is the best, and best for overall performance is probably Dinan, but you honestly can’t go wrong with any of the popular intakes on the market for the b58

It was a factory upgrade but you can get one similar online

Would you say I need a new tank breather valve and LPFP recently just got tuned with MHD Ots map any help would be appreciated
Is it idling rough? If so you could need a new tank breather, and some also replace the venturi nozzle as well which is part # 13907643105. I am not sure on the 11B016 code though, I think you can clear codes and reflash and see if it pops up again, I guess a software error can cause this to pop up but not sure
Also if you can try and run a log and look at your LPFP and HPFP to make sure they’re both hitting targets

So what’s going on with the gas quality, is this Florida? If so the best gas quality is going to be Amoco, Shell, and BP and BP gas is Amoco. Try that out I’ve looked into this greatly.
I think gas stations are just buying cheaper & lower quality gas because of the prices and trying to stay competitive because even the e85 pumps are a little lower % than normal 🤔
@@Broke-MediaIt is higher ethanol percentages that they are finding in Florida. Instead of 10% in the standard fuel grades 87-93 they are finding upwards of 18%. This higher content is effecting gas mileage and performance of course. I’m not sure where you can get the best E85. But I do know that you want to select gas stations that the convenience store is powered by that brand. Not privately owned. Amoco, BP, and Shell is your best bet. I might even say Amoco is the better quality in your state.

@@ARDEN440i haha you’re good, but yeah it doesn’t necessarily damage it but it puts a lot more stress on it which can increase the chances of it failing

Yeah true the max goes up to like 16 psi so I guess it’s still pretty aggressive lol
