इस वीडियो में मैंने दाबेली बनाने की पूरी रेसिपी दिखाई है वो भी बहुत हे सिंपल तरीके से :)
Preparation time - 60 minutes
Serving - 10
Ingredients:
For Dabeli masala powder :
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Dry coconut -2 tbsp
Cumin seeds -1 tbsp
Coriander seeds -2 tbsp
Black peppers - 8 to 10
Dry ginger - 1/2 inch
Bay leave -1
Cloves - 5
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Sesame seeds - 1 tbsp
Nutmug - 1/8 portion of whole nutmeg
Star anise -1
Sugar -1 tbsp
Cinnamon stick - 1/2 inch
Black salt -1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Dry red chilli - 2 to 3
Dry mango powder - 1 tsp
For tamarind chutney:
Tamarind pulp- 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Salt - 1 tsp
water
For Chilli garlic chutney:
Garlic cloves - 25 gm
Dry red chillies (soak it in water for 15 minutes)- 8 to 10
Roasted p[peanuts -1/6 cup
Lemon juice -1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Red chilli powder -1/2 tsp
For masala peanuts:
Roasted peanuts -1/2 cup
Cooking oil-1 tsp
Dabeli masala powder -1 tsp
Chat masala powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
For Aloo masala :
Boiled and mashed potatoes - 4
Dabeli masala - 3 tbsp
Red chilli powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil- 2 tbsp
Tamarind chutney - 2 tbsp
Water- 4 tbsp

I'm living in Rajsthan.. nd i visited Kutchh (Gujrat) once to vha pr mene ye try ki thi and it was so yummy .....hmare area m logon ko pta bhi nhi h ki dabeli hoti kya chij hai...nd i tried your recipe and trust me ye Bhot tasty bni 😍 traditionally i was thinking ki Gujrat jana pdega dabeli khane k lie but u made it easy for me to prepare at home.....
