I have made it today and it turned out exactly same as kutchi dabeli.As a kid i grew up at bhuj and now settled in Australia and i always been missing that authentic kutchi taste in dabeli.. Before making it i had been through so much recipees on youtube but no one can justified the real taste.Today after following this recipe this turned out so so good my husband loved it .Besides his compliments I just revived all those beautiful memories and taste of kutchi dabeli as a kid i grew up there and had it..Thank you so very much chef for this authentic recipe..Lots of love..

Every time I think , want to make something really different and you come up with a new recipe. Although we eat dabelis so much here , but I never attempted to make it at home as it’s so easily available in Ahmedabad. I have tasted Rajubhai's Dabeli when I was living in Mumbai, as I had many friends from Mulund. Kudos to you for highlighting his amazing Dabeli... I live in Toronto now and your vdos helped me develop my cooking skills and more importantly have the real taste of Indian dishes as most restaurants here have bland , non spicy taste to address non Indian customers. Was missing that zanzanit taste of Mumbai/Maharashtra but now I got ur YT channel!!! Cant thank you enough. Love from Canada!
